Casa Bella is a 1BR/1BA condo providing spectacular views of Banderas Bay from the 14th floor window and balcony. Located right on the beach in the heart of the Hotel Zone, situated on a bus line and is only a 10 minute taxi ride (no rental car required!) from downtown or 15 minutes from Los Muertos Beach and the charming Zona Romantica.
As a Sea River Tower guest you will have use of the private beach with chaise lounges, a beautiful pool with swim-up bar, Jacuzzis and free beach towels. There are on-site shops, laundry facilities next door, beauty salon, and a business center with high-speed internet access.
This condo's bedroom has a King bed and loveseat (dbl sofa bed), an entertainment unit with TV/VCR and shuttered windows providing a view of the bay from the bed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 2 adult guests. There is a sunken living area (sofa sleeper), kitchenette/breakfast bar with pots, dishes and utensils. A balcony, with a patio set to seat 4 provides gorgeous sunset views of Banderas Bay and the mountains.
Keeping you connected... the condo is equipped with WIFI. For your entertainment you'll find a cd stereo/Ipod docker along with a small music library.
We don't want you to have to concern yourself with the little things, the following are disposable items you will find in the condo for your use:
