Welcome to the Lodge at the Highlands! This spectacular 7000 square foot luxury home features top of the line finishes and is just 5 minutes from Downtown Breckenridge and the Gondola. The home sits on 1.5 acres in a private cul-de-sac and has sweeping views of the mountain ranges, a huge wrap around deck and breathtaking views from every bedroom. A perfect mountain retreat for families, corporations, and reunions with all the mountain accents you look for when you come to Colorado; this luxury home will will bring you back year after year.

The expansive Great Room has dramatic Englemann Spruce beams with sweeping ski area and mountain views and high end furnishings throughout. The Kitchen Area has seating for 24 and is a gourmet chef's dream. Granite countertops, Viking double convection ovens and stove top appliances, and every appliance from a rice cooker, pasta maker and bread machine will surely delight the most discriminating of guests.

The main level and lower level master suites features Sleep Number King Sleigh beds, jetted tubs, huge walk in closets and steam showers in both. The main level also has a computer area with wi-fi and high speed internet access with a queen leather sofa/pullout.

Downstairs is where the fun begins. The game room has a custom pool table, air hockey table, and a separate fully equipped bar area surrounded by a dramatic river rock gas fireplace. The entertainment area has games, a huge TV theater area with surround sound, and leather sofas. Three additional queen beds with private baths, one with a sauna, and a private 10-12 person hot tub finish off the downstairs area.

Additional amenities include the loft area with 4 custom Aspen full size log beds and an entertainment area, an oversized 3 car garage, 4 gas fireplaces, 3 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers, and two wine coolers.

  • This place is magnificent. Twelve 50 something skiers from Canada spent a great week here in Feb. 09. The place is huge and ideal for large groups. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream and the gathering areas are large and comfortable. The view of the Breckenridge ski runs through the expansive windows is beautiful. We skied at Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail and they are all easily accessible from this location.
