Beautiful, newly constructed home with top of the line features on Center Hill Lake in the Four Seasons neighborhood. Downstairs master bath has a king size bed, flat screen tv with dvd, and the bath features travertine marble, soaking tub and walk-in shower with a rain head. Two other guest bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed the other with a twin-over-full bunk beds.
The vaulted living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture and there's a great stone, wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. Upstairs loft has a pull-out full size sofa and full bath. Screened in side porch is a great place to hang out with friends and family especially with the wood burning fireplace.
Included in the rental is access to the Four Seasons swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails, and boat ramp at the marina.
Our house is great for families as we have a pack and play, high chair, baby gate, and kid friendly dishware. Just let us know if you will be needing them and we will make sure all of it is out for you.
