  Our family of 6 (my husband & I and 4 teenagers) stayed in #305. The condo was spotless. When we opened the door the first comment I made was I could smell the cleanliness. We had all of the amenities of home. It was beautifully decorated with very up-to-date decor. The Summit is positioned in the perfect spot. Not only is the beach and water beautiful, but The Summit is very family friendly during the day, and offers entertainment for adults at night at the Tiki Hut. There was plenty of nearby entertainment to keep our teenagers busy and out of trouble too. I highly recommend renting from Mr & Mrs Armstrong. We will be contacting them next year for our family vacation again.

  This condo was a great home away from home. Very clean, well took care of. Stayed for week 7-7thru14. Great location could not have found a better condo on the beach that offered all you could want at a good price. Thanks to the Armstrongs for sharing your home. Would love come and stay again.

  We loved the condo ... very clean, comfortable, and really nice kitchen! It was nice to be on the 3rd floor, too. (The elevators were very crowded and often slow ... it was nice to be able to walk the stairs yet on a high enough floor to see the ocean view!) The owners were very kind and accomodating. This will be our first choice to stay if we return to PCB. Thanks for a great week!

  my family and I couldn't have had a better time in PCB!! The condo was wonderful, thank you so much to the Armstrong's for making us feel welcome and at home in their beautiful condo! We will most certainly be back! The Summit is a great resort, the best we have ever stayed in at Panama City Beach. Missy

  Wonderful place to stay, very clean! The owners are so nice, even called to make sure we got there safe and there were not any problems with the condition of the condo. Will definitely want to stay again, soon hopefully.
