Why the Owner Chose Magnesia Falls Cove
I chose Rancho Mirage and the Magnesia Falls Cove because of the incredible potential there, the beautiful mountain vistas, and the proximity to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and hiking the desert has to offer. I can't think of a better location to have a get-together with friends and family or to just unwind and relax. Even when I am working there, I feel that I am on vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When I stay there, I like to walk down to the River Shops & Restaurants and catch some of the free music acts out in the outdoor ampitheater. I also enjoy walking to Roys, the Yard House, and Bing Crosbys, which are some of my favorite restaurants. Movie theaters are also right there. The evening temperatures are so moderate that a walk home is very pleasant, year-round...And the stars in the Desert Sky are absolutely amazing!

I have been the proud owner of this property for almost a decade. In 2007, I did a remodel of the entire property, including landscaping and interior and exterior. I used only the best materials and appliances because I had planned to live there myself. As luck would have it, business opportunities have taken me away from the Desert most of the year. I love coming back to visit, but I now find that sharing this home with other vacationers has been both interesting and fun! Maybe someday I will move back in and live there full-time.
