The townhome is a close bike ride to Benham Falls and Fort Rock Park/Tennis Hill. We provide private lawn chairs for the pool, 3 bikes, and a Bocce Ball set. McDivot's Snack Bar is located at Woodlands Golf Course and serves breakfast, lunch and snacks. The North Store is just two miles away for groceries and movie rentals. Explore the many miles of biking and running trails. You’ll be close to the Deschutes River for rafting, canoeing and fishing at nearby lakes. The Sage Springs Spa provides both a gym to workout and a spa to soothe muscles. Shop at the Sunriver Mall and enjoy many of Sunriver's restaurants.
In the summer months, enjoy horseback riding at the stables, “glowball” mini golf or outdoor summer concerts. Sunriver has several children and teen programs available. The Cruz Brothers, three of us, meet every winter for a boys get away and enjoyed this property very much. Great hot tub right out the back door and a bedroom for each of us. The privacy was great. All the amenities you would want in a home. A market with friendly staff near by and pizza delivered if you want. Owners take pride in their unit and it shows.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Great house for a group! Clean, cozy and well stocked with amenities.

I just stayed here with a group of friends. The house is in a great location for privacy. The hot tub was great to use after coming back from Mt. Bachelor and there were plenty of beach towels and bath towels provided. The kitchen is is fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room has a great big couch and coffee table that is perfect for gathering around and playing games. I will definitely keep this house in mind for future Sunriver accomadations.
