The first floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and master bath overlooking a covered porch with a view of the swimming pool. Additionally, the second bedroom on this floor has two double beds and private bath. The second floor welcomes you into a children's TV area with queen sleeper sofa with TV, VCR and DVD. Four additional bedrooms, three with king beds and the fourth with two twin beds. Each has a private bath.
The great room layout will bring everyone together, whether it is for entertainment, dining or cooking. Look for a comfortable and fun decor with a Tommy Bahama theme. The kitchen will be a showcase with its granite counter tops, deluxe appliances and lighting features. Ornate floral and prints will provide the finishing touches. Windows and sliding glass doors throughout provide a very light and spacious ambiance.
Outside, the private heated pool* with waterfall and separate hot tub* will be surrounded by lounge chairs, creating the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. There's even air hockey, a 3-hole putting green, along with a foosball table on the ground floor.
However, if it's exercise you're looking for, Hilton Head Island's newest park provides 70 acres of fun, which includes soccer fields and tennis and basketball courts that are just steps away. The beach and ocean are nearby. The house is just a pleasant 4-5 minute walk down the street.

Wow! What a beautiful beach house this is! This property is very clean and well-maintained and has every amenity any family would need. From the very spacious bedrooms and numerous bathrooms, we found this home to be the best bang for your buck! It is located within minutes of everything....the beach, a spacious park, and shopping and restaurants. The back patio/pool/hot tub area was utilized by our group of 16 just about every minute of the day! We are definitely going to be returning to Hilton Head again and staying right here! ...this was our best trip yet! Thank you!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This house was fantastic. The pool is wonderful, very large concidering what you typically would see for a HH rental with a private pool. The outdoor seating area was large enough for our whole family (4 kids, and grandparents)and we had full sun all day! The bedrooms are all very large, 4 of them had King sized beds, with large in suite bathrooms. The location is great, just a short walk down the road to beach access, or, the parking lot that is steps away from the beach that has an outdoor shower to wash all the sand off everything! The owners of this house were also wonderful to deal with. I would stay here again with out question.
