360 degree mountain view, easy access in the Tahoe Donner Subdivision, 4 bedrooms; 3 queen beds, 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, futon and sleeper sofa, linens are furnished. Beautiful granite kitchen with 2 ovens and a Viking gas range top, private outdoor hot tub with wonderful views, free WIFI and cable with HBO, master bath has a two headed Tuscan shower with a 2 person whirlpool tub. No smoking and no pets.

This mountain home is a great place to relax. You and your family will have all the comforts of home, yet you are minutes from Squaw Valley and North Star Ski resorts. Also, Tahoe Donner has fantastic amenities open to guests (heated outdoor pool, workout, XC skiing, private beach/marina, tennis, equestrian). Hiking in the area is wonderful; the house sits adjacent to a trail head with access the Alder Creek hiking trails.

Holiday rates are $500/nt plus tax and cleaning.

Summer Rates are 6/15 - Labor Day Weekend.  Summer Rate is $330/nt

  • This is a beautiful home in such a picturesque area. The views are amazing. This home is very well furnished and everything appears new. The accommodations were first class. Everything was as advertised. There is something to do for everyone whether you want to stay indoors or adventure out. We had a great time hiking, which you can do just outside the backdoor. We also took a short drive to Lake Tahoe, ate and shopped in downtown Truckee, and enjoyed some of the amenities at the Donnor community’s club house. We even spend a couple of nights watching movies. We truly had a great time. I hope to stay here again and try out one of the nearby golf courses or perhaps make a winter trip to enjoy one of the ski slopes. I highly recommend this home.

  • I stayed in the home for 3 nights during June with some friends. It is truly a top-notch accommodation and excellent value. I especially appreciated the bedroom furnishing, great kitchen appliances, internet access and overall cozy feel. We had no problems during the stay and there has clearly been much attention to detail that will impress other guests. I plan to return with my family.

  • WOW, what a great mountain retreat. We loved this new, spacious home that is beautifully furnished and well equipped - we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing holiday. Things of specific note were great sleeping layout and comfy beds, the oversized kitchen, and the hot tub, of course. We were within minutes of several great ski hills and the snow and weather were awesome. We also used the workout facility which had plenty of equipment to accomodate lots of users and interests. Overall, we had a GREAT time. Thanks for everything. The Smiths

  • Beautiful home! Furnished extremely well and tastefully. Modern electronics and wireless Internet. All new appliances, furniture, and kitchen ware. Very warm home that shows the owners care and personal touches throughout. Around the corner from ski resort and equestrian center. We would highly recommend this home.
