Come and enjoy yourself in our professionally decorated home above Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado. Walk up 3 houses and put your ski's on, and ski right down to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chairs and ski schools at the base of Peak 8. We are the only street on Peak 8 to have DIRECT ski in/ski out access from Trygves Run. You can even ski in for lunch! If your dates are not available, please try our other property #101143, which is also a slopeside, ski in ski out, full 4 bedroom, plus a loft,and 3 baths.It sleeps 12.
Our home is surrounded by towering spruce trees with the scent of evergreen in the air, just steps away from the ski runs of Peak 8. We invite you to share our comfortable home with its breathtaking views and incredible location for your next family get together or business retreat.
Our home was completely remodeled for your enjoyment and vacation pleasure with a new kitchen that includes designer cabinets, slate flooring,stainless appliances,granite countertops, and a wine frig to chill your favorite apre' ski cocktail. Cleanliness is our utmost priority. We have full kitchen facilities with a log eating area as well as a full dining room table that will seat all your guests. The entry, kitchen and dining room have all new slate flooring. The bathrooms have all been redone, with knotty alder cabinets, and granite countertops that will add to your luxurious experience.
All bedrooms have designer coordinated comforters, pillows, shams, and draperies. Even the wallpaper borders match. We have telephones and TV/VCRs in all the bedrooms with a selection of 54 stations. A new 52" wide screen TV in our den, and a 42" flat screen in the living room, with a sectional sleeper sofa, and an actual Indian drum for a coffee table. Our master bedroom has hand-painted bear and pine cone furniture with matching curtains and wallpaper to create a warm and rustic feeling. Freshly laundered linens and towels are supplied for your convenience.
Our signature room is our den downstairs which includes a new 4 x 8 foot pool table, a stone fireplace, and beautiful suede designer couches and chairs. There is also an armoire filled with videos, games, and books for your entertainment, and we also have surround sound, a DVD player, and a 52" wide screen TV, and wireless internet. Just outside the den is an outdoor hot tub for your relaxation and pleasure.
Our home sits nestled in the trees above the base of Peak 8 adjacent to Trygves Run. You can ski down to any of the major lifts at Peak 8 that connect with Peaks 7, 9, and 10. So ski in for lunch and avoid the crowds in the mountain restaurants.

* We are a definite "Non-Smoking and No Pets" home.
* Due to the furnishings, decorations, and quality of the home, we do not rent to groups of high school and college students.
* Refundable Security Deposit of $500 is required.
* There is a minimum night stay depending on Season.

Why the Owner Chose Peak 8 Village
The location at Peak 8 Village is so convenient, as it is one of the few true ski in ski out locations that we feel very fortunate to have been able to purchase. Getting on the slopes in the morning is real easy, as we ski down in about 2 minutes and we are at the base of Peak 8 where the Ski School, and the SuperChairs are. Skiing in for lunch really saves alot of money, and enables us to go on vacation and not spend a fortune on food. I rather ski in, sit in front of the fireplace, and have some hot soup from the crock pot. As my Mom always said, location, location, location!
The Unique Benefits at this House
The number one benefit for staying at our property is the location. In addition, the furnishings are really beautiful, with comfortable beds, and sleeper sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything, including a great crock pot. The 52" wide screen TV allows families to relax for a great evening together, and the 42" flat screen handles the overflow on a different level. The linens and towels are laundered in a commercial laundry, and the sheets are even ironed, so there is a freshness to everything. Creating your own snowman, and giant snow-balls are part of the "mountain experience"!
