This seven year old house was painted and refurnished in time for the winter season '08-'09. The owner is an interior designer and artist and has made the interiors fun and relaxing. Wanting you to feel at home, we have tried to think of as many conveniences as we can for you to have at hand.
The master bedroom and the guest suite are separated by the great room, which creates complete privacy for two couples.(see floor plan) The den is also situated away from the other sleeping areas for additional privacy. It will accommodate one or two in the convertible double bed sofa. The guest bathroom can be used without intruding on the guest or master suite.
The great room is a wonderful place to entertain. Formal dining will seat eight comfortably. There is seating for dining for twenty-two inside and out for informal parties in additon to sofas and lounge chairs. The large island is perfect for serving buffets. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the essentials for long-term occupancy including the pantry staples such as baking ingredients, basic condiments and spices, olive oils and vinegars. There is enough dinnerware and glasses for 12 and flatware for 16. A variety of placements and cotton napkins, wine glasses and serving dishes add to the ambience.
The patio has a special feeling of privacy due to the plantings, and a fountain adds to the peacefulness. A large pond with waterfalls is outside the back gate with ducks, frogs and various other waterfowl. The barbeque is natural gas, so there is never a worry about running out of gas at the critical moment before a meal. It has a infra-red back vertical burner for succulent rotissing. The front patio is also very private, a good spot for morning coffee and the paper.
A shared pool is within walking distance of the house. A key is provided. There is a large community pool,tennis courts, fitness club, restaurant and small hotel on the property besides the twenty seven hole golf course. We are conveniently located near the Polo Fields, which is a venue for many concerts and festivals.

My husband, myself and another couple have stayed in this home twice now and look forward to returning. The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room for us to be together and yet we have our own private areas. The back patio overlooks a water/garden area and is a nice place to relax. The owners are also delightful and very accommodating. Overall, this is a great place to spend some vacation time.
