Welcome to 'Serenity Now' our luxury beach home in the exclusive and private community of Seacrest Beach. Serenity Now is located between Rosemary and Alys beach and is close to Seaside, Destin and Panama City Beach. It is one the largest Seacrest Beach houses on 30A and is located steps away from the private beach with deeded access(approximately 200 yards) and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. A private beach shuttle is also offered. Even closer than the beach is the legendary Seacrest 12,000 square foot swimming pool with waterfalls, fountains and two bath houses.
This three-story, four-bedroom / four bathroom home has been decorator furnished for comfort and relaxation.
The first floor has a large entrance way and spacious, private in law suite with kitchenette (sink, microwave, refrigerator, and ice maker)and two queen beds. French doors lead to the front porch.
The second floor features water views from the living room and has a dining area, full kitchen and private second floor bedroom (queen bed). French doors in the living room lead to a balcony with panoramic views of the Seacrest village and gulf. The kitchen is furnished with stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
The third floor has a spacious master suite (king bed) and master bath with incredible gulf views. Also, on the third is another bedroom (queen) with private bath.
Serenity Now has Cable TV in every room and every bedroom has a private bath and either a porch or balcony. Plantation shutters on all windows.
Shopping, outdoor concerts, and restaurants are a short walk away.
For those of you familar with Seacreast - this is one of the most ideally located houses in Seacrest. The front yard is on 30A so it's close to the beach and has great gulf views from the second and third floors. The back of the house is on Blue Dolphin Loop so the house sits between the beach and the pool.

We stayed at Serenity Now as part of a large family reunion at Seacrest. Other family members also rented houses around the community, so we have good grounds for comparisons with other rental properties. Serenity Now was perfect for us. The location can't be beat: a 2 minute walk to the gorgeous and child-friendly pool; and a 5 minute walk to the incredible beach (trams are readily available, but you really don't need them from Serenity Now). And the ocean view from the porches on the beach side of the house are a real plus. We spent a lot of time on those porches--reading, snacking, chatting and just enjoying the sea breezes and views. Nice restaurants, stores and rental shops are within easy walking distance (try George's for lunch, SeaGrille for dinner and the Sugar Shak for ice cream anytime). The house is large, well-arranged, and very nicely furnished and decorated (looks exactly like the pictures on the website, unlike some houses!). We particularly appreciated the mother-in-law suite on the first floor. Our son, daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren had their own comfortable space to escape to, and ready access to the laundry facilities for all those swim suits, beach towels and play clothes. We recommend this large, clean and perfectly located house for any family or group of people (we had 9, but the house can accomodate more) wanting to get the most out of their stay at Seacrest.

Gorgeous property in perfect location only steps from the beach. The décor is superb and extremely comfortable for a family vacation or intimate couples escape. My favorite feature about this house are the numerous balconies. They are perfect for an afternoon nap, early morning coffee or cocktail hour. This property also provides access to an extraordinary pool, which allows you variety should you want something different than the beach. You are also in walking distance from great boutique shops and quaint restaurants. I look forward to my next visit to Serenity Now!

Laura, thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful house. It was much better than the pictures. We were 4 couples that thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental. Having a 4 BR/BA worked out wonderfully! We can't wait to do it again. The views from the top floor were fantastic and it was a short distance to the beach (especially using the tram. Thank you again.

I've been meaning to e-mail you about how much fun we all had at your beach house- but of course ... Everyone loved your house! The view from the master bedroom was fantastic and the beach was so close. We ate at Margaritaville one night at Pier Park- very cute shops. And we ate at Shades- yes, the volcano shrimp rocks! Just like the shrimp from Bonefish Grill. We also got some coffee at some shop close by (past that new mexican place) and checked out the tiki bar... The pool was definitely awesome- that's the coolest pool I've ever seen before. And at night- georgeous! Too bad the security guard would kick us out at 11:00... I wanted to stay all night. Overall- fantastic, relaxing, and a wonderful time. I really will rent from you again in the future!!!

Serenty Now is the most luxurios beach house we have rented, thus far, for our yearly, family vacation. The kitchen was super well equipped, the the views fabulous, the bedrooms very comfortable, and the stereo system rocked!!!!
