Our home is a new, architect - designed, 5000sq ft luxurious home at the base of Olympic Valley (Squaw Valley). It sits in a new private subdivision of multimillion dollar homes which may not even yet appear on Mapquest or Yahoo Maps. The access is the best in Squaw Valley, being on a totally level street - which means no chaining up or digging out to get into the two car garage. The home has panoramic views of KT 22 all the way to Granite Chief from massive windows facing the valley. All day sun and spectacular sunset views add to the stellar aspect. You will appreciate the vastness of the open floor plan design; firstly leading into the gourmet kitchen and central entertaining area. Granite counter tops, Thermidor professional appliances, and all other modern culinary tools abound. There is also a convenient walk in pantry. The spacious lounge room has 18 ft ceilings, enormous windows framing the views of Squaw Valley, and a bank of 10 ft high French doors opening onto the courtyard, all framed by unique exposed steel girders. A distinctive log burning fireplace warms the huge professionally decorated lounge room.
The entertaining / dining / family room has a French rustic antique table that can seat twelve, leather furniture, sleigh coffee table, a 54 inch flat screen TV, and state of the art stereo system.

The enormous master suite, with its his and hers walk in closet, large bathroom with jetted tub, includes another large flat screen plasma TV and romantic gas fireplace. There is a double bunkroom as well as two additional queen bedrooms. Three and a half baths total. Convenient mudroom between garage and entry with generous storage.
