The home is in Marbella Estates (east Mesa), a gated community near Baseline and the new 202 freeway. It's on a quiet street, but two miles from 'everything'. There are dozens of restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers, movie theaters, and attractions nearby. The easy freeway access makes all the attractions in the valley so accessible.
This would be a perfect home for a golf foursome, a family gathering, or two couples who could each have separate and private sleeping areas. The cost of staying in this 4 bedroom home isn't much more than one hotel room and offers so much more.

This is a lovely,spacious home in a great location. It was extremely well equipped and immaculately clean. The yard is fantastic for outdoor living with a hot tub, patio furniture and fireplace. The home is large enough that everyone is able to have plenty of space.The main floor master suite was huge. The three additional bedrooms upstairs were also a good size. The large upstairs family room is a bonus. There was easy access to the main highways and lots of places to get groceries and gas close by. The community pool is right across the street. Rod and Marilyn are wonderful landlords. We had a problem with the bbq when we arrived and Rod had it fixed by a local workman within hours! I cannot say enough about this great property. You will definitely not be disappointed.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
