Our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home, which consists of over 2,000 sq. feet of living space, is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club only 10-15 minutes from Disneyworld. The vacation home itself is located in a quiet residential area with the pool and spa area offering stunning views over the golf course without being overlooked. It is the most ideal place for a relaxing holiday while at the same time offering easy access to all of Florida’s many attractions as well as the superb championship golf course at Highlands Reserve. Local restaurants and shops are within easy distance.

Myself, husband and 16 and 13 year old have just returned from our first visit to Florida. We had a fantastic holiday and packed a lot into our two weeks. Between long days in the park and the stifling heat it was an absolute pleasure to return to this beautiful villa. Exactly as depicted in the ad it has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing self catering holiday. It is well equipped and my daughter particularly loved the sofa in the family room which she took over most evenings. My son loved having a double bed and TV which he doesn't have at home and I just loved the spa pool where I relaxed and soaked my weary legs with a glass of wine in the evenings. The property manager immediately returned our call when we had a small problem and dealt with it in a pleasant and efficient manner. The nearby Berry Centre was great with Publix supermarket and Applebees restaurant which opens late. We even walked one night which took about 25 minutes but it was lovely to walk in the balmy evenings. We also used the communal pool and had no problems getting to the parks which took between 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a haven to relax in after the busy days. Thanks also to Mark and Tracey who answered all emails promptly and got deposit back within 5 days of returning home. All in all a fantastic holiday that will stay with us for a long time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Really enjoyed staying in the villa. The fixtures and fittings are of a high quality. The cleaning staff keep everything looking spic and span for your arrival. The management company is just a call away and nothing is too much trouble. The kitchen has everything you could think of to prepare snacks or meals during your stay. It is well equipped with lots of cutlery and crockery so you are running a full dish washer rather than one that's half empty because you need plates. The utility room has a really good fast washer and an excellent tumble dryer. We set up the ironing board in the garage/games room, there is an air-hockey game, darts, pool table etc. The family room has a TV and Wii, playstation, DVD, Sony Hi-fi, all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. There is a safe in the large walk-in wardrobe/storage room. I panicked when I found out it was the safe-cracker type (i.e. turn this way-turn that) but I needn't have bothered it was very simple to use, and when you visit as often as I did to get cash or jewellery you soon get to know the directions off by heart. There is a very good alarm system that makes you feel safe and secure in your holiday home. Again this is simple to get used to, I was worried at first as I was arriving a few days before the rest of my family, but I needn't have bothered. If you travel along North Hampton Drive you can cut out onto Sandmine Road, turning right and you are no more than about 200 yards from a collection of small shops and eateries that share a car-park with a very good Publix store. If you leave the estate and turn right at the main entrance, drive for about 5 miles you come to Posner Mills. This has stores like JC Penneys, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Belk, Ross's amongst others. There are places serving fast food as well as a new sushi restaurant. The nail salon at Posner, is very clean, well priced and efficient. We enjoyed our first visit to Disney Celebration, had a spot of lunch and a walk around. About 20 mins away is the Premium Outlet Mall (same management company as Woodbury Common near New York) The main difference is that although this one has all the high-end retailers it also has brands like Crocs, Aerosoles and Gymboree. Prime outlet is about 30 mins away at the far end of I-Drive, good selection of outlet stores. The Festival Bay mall just opposite there has a branch of Fuddruckers if you fancy a freshly made burger. Would recommend to anyone, without hesitation!
