Large level lot with shade trees and plenty of room for outdoor games and parking for your guests after the games.
Fully furnished kitchen inside plus outdoor cooking for the guys to include gas burner for both turkey deep fryer and Low Country Boil, gas grill, large wood burning smoker, electric bun warmer, ice chest, plus open area for bonfires. (10' x 10' Clemson tent for tailgating)
