Wonderful Fall getaway

My family from California, and I enjoyed our stay at Susan's Condo. I felt like I was at a friends home, it was so comfortable, clean and well kept. Even though we spent a lot of time in the lobby playing pool, sitting by the large fireplace and in the hot tubs, when we did go up to the condo, the room with the king bed and skylight was very relaxing as well as the gas fireplace in the living room. It was also very helpful having the stocked kitchen. Great walking/biking trails and wonderful view from the deck. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't stay there longer..Susan was very helpful before, during and after my trip....looking forward to coming again

My husband and I stayed in Susan's condo for a week in September 2011. The condo was exactly as described and very well supplied. It was so comfortable that there were many days that we just stayed in and enjoyed the condo and the lodge (which was also very nice...we played pool and used the beautiful hot tubs every day). You can hear the river from the deck and in the bedroom and the sky light was a very nice feature in the king room. She was so easy to work with and communication was instant. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to rent a very nice and affordable condo....we would love to get back there for sure :) The location is great as well...close to Dillon where we stocked up on groceries at City Market and ate at several different restaurants and a short drive to Breckenridge, Vail and Copper Mountain. All in all it was a fabulous stay.

This was the perfect place for a wonderful two month summer get-away. It clearly exceeded all of my expectations. The unit is probably the best in the complex for the following reasons. Awsome views of mountains, river, and ski area Convenience to restaurants, village center, walking trails and bike paths, lake, and Conference Center. The unit is especially comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well designed and fully stocked with cookware, tableware and basic staples. All appliances are new and of high quality. I especially enjoyed using the grill out on the deck. The owner of this property was honest and very nice to work with. I would certainly go back and stay here again.

As someone who has stayed at Keystone several times over several years, I was looking for the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion as I found the more convenient units were too loud and crowded and the secluded ones were drive only access. This condo is the PERFECT blend of both. We were here over a long summer weekend and able to walk everywhere: from the village on the lake to the gondola. The walks were not far at all and I would see no problems making them in the winter either. If you don't want to walk, the shuttles are extremely nearby and reliable. The views were as promised - at no point did I feel like I was 'sharing' a balcony or staring at other guests. It definitely feels like a mountaintop birds nest with great views of the slopes, the river and the peaks. (If you are familiar with Keystone, you are looking almost directly at the bunny slope) The condo itself is extremely cozy and comfortable. I don't mean cozy as a euphemisn for small, I mean it as you feel like you are staying with friends or family. It is very easy to feel at home in this great spot. There were only two of us and it was a fantastic size. I can see it sleeping four very comfortably and six would be a squeeze, but the right six could easily do it. The amenities were great and I truly felt like a treasured guest. I never had any problems or need to contact the owner, but her contact info as well as a few local backups were provided with notes saying I shouldn't hesitate if I needed anything. What a nice touch over some the other owner rentals I have stayed in. I HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great spot in Keystone...just not when I want to go back and visit it again :)

This truly is a gem of a condo to stay at if you are skiing in Keystone. The place was spotless and very well kept! It is only a 5 minute walk to the slopes, even with a 6-year old in tow! The views are unbelievable, as are the amenities in the condo. LOTS of storage, hooks for coats, large closet and tons of drawer space so you can unpack and feel right at home! Susan has done a wonderful job with making you feel at home, and there is enough coffee and hot chocolate available to keep you awake for several evenings of night skiing if you are so inclined! Though we didn't take advantage of it, there are also 2 hot tubs available for tenant use on the property if you needed it. Parking was awesome as you never had to scrape snow or ice off your car and it was never cold when you got into your vehicle. The ski lockers were convenient in the basement as well. We chose to ski at River Run most of the time, and even this was a convenient 5 minute car ride to the parking areas at River Run Ski area. My daughter and I loved the place, and will definitely be bringing the whole family back to ski at Keystone and stay at this gloriously appointed condo in the future.

My cousin, his wife and I stayed here the week before Christmas and could not have been more pleased with the condo and location for the price. The condo was well stocked for cooking meals and hanging out after skiing, the views from the deck were wonderful, the beds were very comfortable and location with indoor heated parking and ski storage was perfect. There was even a couple cold beers in the fridge when we arrived - have to love that! On top of all this, the owner is very nice and easy to work with in the entire rental process.
Owner response:I asked Jack why not a 5/5 since his review was soo00 complimentary. He said if the condo had been right next to a lift, he would have said 5/5. Factually, the unit is 5 minutes from the lifts walking. Its a pleasant walk over a bridge that crosses the Snake River which runs year round. The slopes, bridge, and lifts can be seen in the pic for your consideration.
