The enclosed private courtyard is perfect for outdoor living, dining and entertaining with movable grill, table, chairs. Sleeps 8: Master bedroom has a King; 2nd bedroom, a Queen; and 3rd bedroom has Two Double Beds (in separate guest casita).

We had a very nice vacation. Were were walking distance to beach and so close to kids attractions in the area.The location could not have been better for us. Outside was great - had a big yard, chairs and picnic table - only downside in the outer part of the property was the outside shower only ran cold while we were there. LOVE the big kitchen it was relatviely clean and well stocked with supplies to cook. Great that it had a nice washer and dryer - very easy to use and worked well. We had cable (limited channels but more than enough for vacation) also had internet (not wireless) which was great - this was not listed on the amenities but a nice surprise. Inside was what was expected from a rental --a little rustic - not the best matresses and could have been a little cleaner - The windows were old and not easily opened and closed - good thing we had great weather and left the windows opened most of the time so this was not really an issue - The floors were all hard wood which was nice but the area rugs needed to be cleaned (again not a luxury condo - what we expected for a rental) - Also the website said linens and an airbed would be provided but were not included in our rental (although owner said she would remove from the listing of these amenities and offered to have linens for an addtional fee) -it also says it sleeps 8 - But I would say it comfortably sleeps 5 - 6 - if you are willing to use the pull out couch and/or the regular sofa. - Overall we have a very wonderful stay and LOVE the area and location of the rental house. The owner was great to deal with and very nice and accomodating to us. I was able to do everything via email. She left little notes for us when we arrived and gave us ideas for our vacation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time hanging out in the courtyard and over at the tennis court and nearby swimming pool. We played croquet out on the lawn. The free wifi and large screen hdtv was great. We had a blast fixing fun dinners. And the weather was magnificent. The beds were very comfortable, too, plenty of linens and pool towels. The three and a half baths were helpful. Being close to the golf and spa came in handy. And the board games were fun to play in the evening, especially Settlers of Catan. What a challenging game. Wish we could come every year for a month!
