This is a beautiful, bright 2 bedroom /2 bath room condo with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The large master suite includes a walk-in closet and a great view. The master suite and the great room lead to a screened-in porch overlooking the pond with fountain. Beautiful hardwood floors are highlighted by all the natural light coming in. All furnishings are brand new. One bedroom with (2)double beds and the other with (1)queen. TV w/ cable and DVD.
The pool, boat dock, gazebo and Ashely river are only a short walk from this condo.
The unit is located 6-7 miles from downtown Charleston (old market, shops, nightlife ext.). It is a 12-15 minutes to Folly Beach and 15-20 minutes to Isle of Palms. There are many historic plantations through out Charleston and Drayton Hall, Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens are only a few miles away. Of coarse it is on the Ashley River and there is always the pool.
