Get three couples or your family group together and come to our lovely home located a little over 1 1/2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. The two story house in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, has three bedrooms with king size beds in each. Ceramic tile covers the entire ground floor. Shutters cover every window. The beautiful granite kitchen has all the amenities, or you can cook on the BBQ outside.
There is an enclosed garage with parking for three cars. We have the Cadillac of pools -- all tile, waterfall, fountain, complete privacy. We have also installed a child proof fence that can be removed for adult visitors. A covered lanai is complete with outdoor ceiling fans and misters to keep you cool and comfortable. We have additional sleeping accommodations in two queen size and one twin size sofa beds, plus a porta crib and high chair for little ones.
The house is east of the Strip off Blue Diamond, 1/2 mile to markets and shopping, 2 miles from the outlet mall, 3 miles to the first strip hotels. You can see Strip lights from the master bedroom. Lake Mead with its many boating facilities & Boulder Dam are only 24 miles away. All rates quoted include tax.

Can't say enough for the location of this pretty home. Shops and restaurants all within a minute from the house and less than 5 to 8 minutes from the strip. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful you can see the mountains and the strip. We were there in March with 6 people and we were very comfortable. Wish we could have use the pool more but the weather was cold. We did get in the hot tub a few times. We had a plumbing issue in the master bath tub but Marianne got Sam the plumber out there quickly. Thanks Marianne you were great. We really enjoyed your home.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
