Why pay $150 a night for a cramped hotel room, when you can get a home away from home for much less. At night put the kids to bed in their own rooms, while you stay up relaxing in the living room while you watch the fountain in the lake directly across from the condo, or relax in the Hot Tub only steps away from the covered patio off your master bedroom.
Our vacation rental is located on Ponciana Blvd, just off Irlo Bronson Highway and is only 5 miles to Disney and 10 miles to Universal Studios.
The condo is fully furnished with everything you could need for a vacation, a fully stocked kitchen, linens, wireless internet, cable televisions in the living room and master bedroom. There are three bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds, while the other bedrooms have queen beds.
The Master bedroom has its own bathroom, television, VCR, and sliding glass doors that lead to a covered patio area just steps from the clubhouse, with its pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, exercise room and store.
Although no one wants to think about laundry while on vacation, the condo has a washer and dryer for you to use at your convenience.
The first floor condo is handicapped accessible also, with a ramp to get into the threshold, and a walk in shower in the Master bedroom. Approx. 4 inch lip to get into shower area.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We decided to buy our condo at Royal Palm Bay for several reasons. First, is it very close to all of the attractions on Irlo Bronson Parkway, such as Old Town and the dinner theaters, but only about 5 minutes away from Disney. There is a SuperWalmart close by so that we can shop cheaply when staying there, and we liked having a covered patio off the master bedroom. Most of the other condos did not seem to have that, and it is nice to sit outside in the evening after the kids go to bed and relax in our private area looking out at the woods in back. The condo was also in the bldg closest to the clubhouse, so it is easy to get to the pool and other facilities, rather than walking 1/2 mile like you do at some other places.
