My wife and I went to San Juan to watch our daughter play volleyball professionally and we were trying to stay within a budget. I checked into several hotels close by and they were very expensive and some of our daughters teammates told us to check into these condos for rent. The reviews for Brenda and the price of the condo were what sold me. It is a great location with many restaraunts and shops. The beach is wonderful and the access is right out the door. The reviews got us there, but Brenda and the service is what will bring us back.

The apartment was beautiful and served our needs perfectly! First, I want to say that I was worried about the legitimacy of everything because I had heard things about sending money orders before... but DON"T WORRY! Brenda was super helpful and put my mind at ease. She was easy to contact and you can even call her to assure that everything is okay. About the apartment: The most wonderful thing was the cart in the closet! We bought a bunch of groceries the first day from Pueblo Supermarket (which is a short walk) but were concerned about how we were going to transport it back to the room (we did not have a car, which you don't need!). The push cart was perfect for our groceries and generous amount of rum! The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance imaginable along with the necessities (fridge, microwave, stove, sink). She also provided beach towels and chairs which is nice because otherwise you would have to rent them. The view and breeze from the balcony was breathtaking! Overall, the room was perfect! Don't be taken aback by the 70s feeling you get from the building. It definitely hasn't been updated, but Brenda's apartment has beautifully! The building overall is clean and the elevator is so fast! About the location: ESJ towers is situated in the middle of Avenue Isla Verde, which has a ton of restaurants, bars, and hotels. Most of the hotels have nice restaurants, bars, casinos, and there is even a club at the El San Juan Hotel next door! Everything is average priced... The Hibachi place at the hotel next door was nice (a little pricey) but definitely try the local dish, mofongo, at one of the local places (we went to Mi Casita)! Everyone is very friendly and almost everyone speaks fluent English. There are tons of American retirees at ESJ Towers (check out the pool for bingo!) but everyone is very nice and laid back. Things to do: We were told we definitely had to try out Old San Juan, but we are real beach people so most days we spent lounging on the beach, swimming in the ocean (there is a lot of seaweed, but just walk down the beach past Intercontinental Hotel and the water is better), and enjoying a nice Medalla as the sun set (the local beer). If we were to go back, we would definitely try to visit there. We did do a Rainforest Tour to El Yunque with John Druitt (Rubio' tour) and it was unbelievable! Overall, we had an amazing time and when we come back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay at Brenda's again!

Brenda was very accommodating as we needed some extra bedding, etc. and she was helpful and friendly throughout the booking process. She was a pleasure to work with! We had no problems with our late check-in and the ESJ Towers staff are some of the most friendly and accommodating people we've ever met! The location is great and everything needed is within walking distance- there's a great Puerto Rican & Cuban Restaurant (Metropol) and a gelato place (Piu Bello)- and activities can be arranged through the ESJ concierge. The apartment is incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had a great time in Puerto Rico, due in great part to this rental and its owner. At first I was a bit nervous as I had never booked through this site before, but Brenda was really helpful and made the process very smooth. And trust me I asked a lot of questions, Brenda was always gracious and always willing to answer them. The unit was very clean and modern, the bed was comfy, there was a flat screen TV with cable (for those few minutes you may spend in the room). There were plenty of towels and you could get beach towels from the hotel. Also two beach chairs already in the room. The kitchen was well equipped and it served our purposes well. We also loved the double sinks in the bathroom (it made it easier to save time in the morning) the view from the balcony was really nice. The location is amazing. For immediate needs the supermarket is a straight walk out of the gate, as is walgreens, plus many restaurants and bars etc. El San Juan Hotel is literally right next door they have a band in the lobby Fridays and Saturdays if you like to dance or just watch the pretty people at the bar. All within walking distance to ESJ Towers and if you wish to venture in to Old San Juan, Condado and other parts of Puerto Rico the highway is a stone’s throw away as everything in Puerto Rico is derecho (a straight shot) last but definitely not least The BEACH IS FANTASTIC. What more could you ask for in a vacation. Definitely book this place. You won’t be disappointed

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this condo. The location is great, within walking distance to resturants, clubs, and shopping. Brenda was very responsive and attentive, any concerns we had she addressed quickly. It was a comfortable stay, we had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay at Brenda's again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our 9 month old baby for our vacation. Our concern was if it was a safe location and if it was clean. We can honestly say it was and more! The staff at ESJ was great and Brenda was kind, warm & welcoming. Her condo was very clean. Our daughter is a crawler and she was able to move around the apartment on the floor and we had no worries. The building is older but the location, accomodations and security make up for it. It's close to restaurants, on the beach and shopping areas. We definately recommend this to any family traveling with a child.

Brenda was very helpful. This location is in a perfect. No need to a car. Hotel is a bit outdated, but don't let that fool you. The room is beautiful and spacious. Security and staff is great, they will help you with anything. I will definitely be back in the future!

The studio was exactly as pictured! Beautiful, Clean, bright and airy. The location was perfect in the middle of Isla verde with lots of restaurants around and the beach right at your fingertips. The view from the balcony was beautiful, sitting out there with your coffee in the morning was a perfect way to start the day. The Kitchen was such a huge plus for breakfast & Lunch every day and was equiped with all we needed. Parking was available for our rental car which saved so much money on cabs. Getting around is very easy!! Rent a Car!! The transaction went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this studio for anyone who wants to be in the middle of it all without breaking the budget. I will be staying here again next time I am in San Juan!! Thank you Brenda for everything!!! =)

Our stay at the suite was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We did not rent a car, so the location of this condo to the casinos, beach, and restaurants was ideal. The kitchen was a great plus. We would definitely love to visit this suite again.

The studio was exactly as pictured! The location was perfect in the middle of Isla verde with lots of restaurants around. The view from the balcony was great. Although we did not make it to the beach due to rain, we did make it to the pool which was huge. I went there with my husband and 5yr old son and the studio was big enough for us to be comfortable. The pull out sofa was perfect for my son. Fresh towels and linens and some toileteries were provided. We cooked breakfast every day and the kitchen was equiped with all we needed. The flat screen tv with cable kept us entertained when in the room. Although it was really hot outside, we seldom used the a/c as we got a really nice breeze. The airport is close by so there was some noise from the planes going by, but not enough to be nuisance. Parking is also available at ESJ and that's a big plus if renting a car, like we did. Brenda was really friendly and just a phone call away if we needed anything. The transaction went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this studio for anyone who wants to be in the middle of it all without breaking the budget.

My wife and I stayed here in October. The room was very nice and clean. The bath area was large enough with two sinks for us both to get ready quickly. The shower was awsome with a lot of pressure and the best shower head I've ever seen. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You could see airport, El Yunque, the ocean, and the surrounding hills of Carolina. The room was decorated very nicely with modern furniture. The bed was large and comfy. Air conditioner was great but you may not need it with all the nice sea breezes. You get your own private parking just be sure to activate your card for it at the office. The owner was very nice and answered all our emails in a timely manor. Nice little kitchen with all you need but we never used it, only to keep our beers cold! We felt very safe as the door had a large metal lockable cage and all the security in the building. We would love to stay here again soon.
