Across the street (50 yards) from Kamaole Beach Park II with gold sand beaches, swimming, snorkeling, sun bathing, whale watching, and turtle watching! Go to the beach around 6 p.m. to enjoy the Maui sunset! Kam II beach has been voted one of the best beaches in the US! Condo is a ground floor unit with lovely lawn. Gas BBQ grill close by. Lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Great swimming pool with laundry room adjacent. Enjoy the handmade Hawaiian quilt in the living room. Condo furnished with all you will need for your vacation. Tile flooring throughout. King sized bed in bedroom, and queen sized hide-a-bed in living room. Both are very comfortable! Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Walk to everything! AC in living room for those hot summer days.
Kihei Kai Nani is a 7 acre complex with 180 units. There is off street parking, and a security guard at the entrance at night. The complex is planted with native Hawaiian flowering plants that bloom throughout the year. Bananas grow on the property! Pavilion (outdoor deck) available for parties. Laundry facilities by the large beautiful swimming pool. Have a swim while you do your laundry.
Perfect location for exploring Maui. Maui is known for its award winning golf courses, the closest being several minutes south in Wailea. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in Kihei. Shops in Wailea are just to the south with great restaurants, designer shops and art galleries. 6 miles of walking/running trail along beach. Aquarium in Maalea is spectacular. Great whaling museum and sugar museum on the island. Polynesian art and culture. Luaus available on island.
