We just returned from our two week stay at the Ko Olina and are very sad to be home! The pictures don't do it justice -- it's even nicer that that! Where to start?? Well, the kitchen is every woman's dream. It was professionally designed by a chef and truly has everything you need to cook amazing meals (we didn't eat in THAT often - it was MY holiday too!), but it sure made cooking fun. The condo itself is gorgeous and has lots of room. It is definitely a 5++ Star unit. Our family of four (two boys, aged 18 and 12) felt right at home. The building is VERY secure, which is important to us. When we had any questions, the owner, Miranda, was just a phone call away and answered each and every one. She was very nice to deal with. We stayed in Waikiki a couple of years ago and didn't like it at all (too many crowds, tons of traffic). We decided to try Oahu one more time and stay elsewhere. Trust us, if you are planning a holiday on Oahu, book your stay at this unit at the Ko Olina. We had a gorgeous, white sand lagoon just steps away, beautiful pools to relax in and everything right at our fingertips. The four of us really enjoyed our day trip to Wet 'N Wild waterpark, which is literally 5 minutes down the highway (you can see the slides from the lanai). We found the Waikele Premium Outlets, which have excellent shopping (yes, there's a Coach store there, ladies!). Lots of good buys to be had. We did venture into Waikiki twice in the late afternoon, just to see the sights and go on a dinner cruise (the Ali'i Kai -- lots of fun), but were SO happy to return to our slice of paradise at Ko Olina. No crowds, no clogged traffic, no fighting for beach chairs. We enjoyed chatting with Roseanna, the bartender at the pool bar. She had lots of useful information on where to go and what to do. It's been a tough few days, being home and missing all that Ko Olina has to offer. We most definitely will return. Mahalo Miranda, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Just returned from our trip to Ko Olina and our stay at O-522, MIranda's unit. It was amazing! Everything was well maintained and beautiful in the unit, and we enjoyed opening the entire wall of windows in the den to bring the lanai feel right on inside! Great view from the lanai of the lagoon and ocean. Very good security in the complex. Very close to the 'quiet pool' which we enjoyed every day. Loved that the unit had beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for us to use. Can not say enough wonderful things about our vacation here. I do not regret not staying in crazy Waikiki! Thanks Miranda!

Where to start - the condo was exactly as featured - nicely appointed, beautiful, spacious and gorgeous view from the lanai. Our family had an amazing time in Ko Olina, we loved the lagoons and the pools. Our kids had a blast just hanging out at the pool. The bartenders at the pool bar were very nice and helpful too. We loved that there was lots of swim stuff at the condo so we didn't have to buy anything - we used the snorkel gear, sand toys, coolers and beach chairs every day- very convenient for all of us. We also got a lot of use out of the kitchen. Very secure property, felt very safe and so quiet and private. Loved everything about our stay! Very easy to work with Miranda - thanks!

Miranda I just wanted to say thanks for making our vacation a very memorable one. Your villa was beautiful and had everything needed to make it a home away from home. The staff at the beach front villas were great and were very helpful if you ever had a need. What a great place to just be able to relax. The beach area was wonderful and after seeing the beaches in Waikiki it made us appreciate the private lagoon areas even more. Your villa is a place that I would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and taken in all of the beauty that Hawaii has to offer.

My only concern before booking was if the resort was too far away from Waikiki and secluded. The answer is NO! After a long day of touring, shopping, beach hopping, partying, etc it was a great feeling to "go home" and enjoy the condo and resort amenities. It's about a 30 min drive to anywhere on the island. I drive 30 min to and fro in Dallas so it wasn't a big deal to me. You will need a car. I had several locals tell me they go to Ko'Olina to get away from it all which was more reassurance that I made the right decision. There were 6 adult females in my party & we all loved it. It was plenty of space and the 3 bathrooms were PERFECT! We had morning breakfast on the lanai. There is now a table and 6 chairs on the patio. The patio furniture is no longer there. We had two mishaps - a clogged toilet which Miranda got fixed immediately and our towels were rock hard because the dryer was broken and the maid service let the towels air dry. Service was called on the dryer and it should be fixed by now. Warning you will fall in love with the property. It is immaculate. Your own piece of heaven on earth. The private lagoons and beach access was perfect not to mention the pools at each cluster of buildings and hot tubs. We never had any problem with noise, neighbors, kids etc. We're already looking forward to going back in a few years. We didn't take any children this time but it is definitely child friendly. You need your security key to access each building, the elevator, parking lot etc. No worries parents your kiddos will be safe. A little about the condo. It is CLEAN!! Maid service does a wonderful job keeping the condo in tip top shape. So you clean freaks no worry. The master bathrm shower is to die for. It is huge and gorgeous. The bathtub is very deep. It will cover the top of your head. Great for long hot soaks in the tube. There are plenty of pots, pans, etc to cook a full meal along with plates and flatware. Numerous spices, sugar, flour, condiments, etc to prepare your meal. It's basically a pay it forward kitchen whatever unused still packaged items are left for the next guest. A Super Target is 10 min away. It's not a fully stocked Super Target but it will have the essentials. There is also a Country Market on property about 3 minutes from the condo. I was pleasantly surprised at the items they had in stock. Yes you could grocery shop there. The prices were a little high but it could be done. BOOK IT you will not regret it!

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at your condo at the beginning of January. Everything was just as beautiful as it was described. The pools were great and the kids especially liked learning how to swim in the heated lap pool. We'd love to come back!

Wow! What a beautiful condo on a spectacular beach. Loved this well decorated and roomy condo & the quiet and almost private beachfront. I have not stayed on Oahu in years because of the crowds. This place has certainly changed my opinion of Oahu. I can't wait to get back to this special place. Thank you for the lovely vacation getaway.

I recommend this place 110%. It's so nice and the beach was just a few steps away. The owner was so nice and very kind. The condo is first class, it was worth it.

Wonderful time

The location is fabulous. The villa is 1st class with all the amenities of home. The owner, Miranda, goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Ko Olina is the up and coming area of Oahu, away from the crowds of Waikiki. Our children and their friends age range 18-22 spent quiet relaxing time in Ko Olina and enjoyed nightlife in Honolulu. The villas are brand new and will only continue to impress as additional services open. (i.e. the private bar area).
