Welcome to our home on West Beach in beautiful Gulf Shores! This little gem is perfect for couples, families with one or two children or just a few friends. Located in a small, quiet complex across the street from the beach, this unit has recently been updated so you may enjoy affordable luxury during your stay, and we are continually adding new features and improvements.
Walk out the door and see Little Lagoon to the north and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. Spend a sunny day on the beach. Prepare a fresh seafood dinner. Watch the sunset with your toes in the water and a margarita in your hand. Enjoy the nightlife of the island or stroll the moonlit beach at midnight. For the truly adventurous, the Pensacola and Mobile Greyhound tracks are approximately an hour away, and the Mississippi casinos are an extra hour's drive.
As local residents, we personally keep our beach home clean and in top repair. We strive to provide you with a "home away from home," and hope you return to our relaxed tropical atmosphere.

Should we discover that the unit has been rented under false pretenses the guests will be removed immediately, and no monies will be refunded. This is a family-oriented complex, and the owners and guests count on each other to maintain that atmosphere. NO HOUSE PARTIES.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Deposit will NOT be refunded if smoking is detected upon cleaning and inspection. A sand bucket is provided for those who wish to smoke outdoors.

There is a refundable $100 security deposit and a $60 non-refundable pet fee.
Cleaning Fee $60 for stays less than 1 month and $100 for stays 1 month or longer.
An 11% Hotel Tax will be added to rental price.
