Welcome to Casa #35, our beautiful 4 storey villa in Vallarta Gardens. This is a brand new villa, completed in August 2008. It has all the luxuries of home without the stress!
The spacious main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, including a blender for margaritas by the pool. There is an eating bar, where you can enjoy a quick meal before a day on the beach; or a formal dining area, for a candlelight dinner at the end of a relaxing day. The main floor media room is a great getaway for teens, there is a large HDTV, with a DVD player and satelite TV. The kids can lounge on the large sectional couch, play games, cards or just have some down time.
The living room has sliding glass doors that open on to the main floor terrace. The terrace, complete with BBQ and seating for 8 to 12, is just steps from our semi-private pool. Enjoy the pool on a lounger poolside or from your own terrace.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom holds 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. These rooms have a shared terrace.
The third floor has a spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, and full en-suite. There are 2 lovely terraces off the Master Suite, for reading a book or enjoying a cup of coffee in private.
The fourth floor is a rooftop terrace complete with a hot tub and bar, and plenty of covered seating. The roof top features unobstructed views of the Bay of Banderas, and the surrounding mountains.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, a private sandy beach and nearby infinity pool are yours to enjoy. Nearby Bucerias and La Cruz both host fantastic restaurants and activities which are only 5 minutes by taxi or an nice walk along the beach.
