  We were very pleased with the accommodations. The updated villa reflects the owners' investment of quality, upscale amenities (eg hardwood vs laminate, great applainces, bathroom tile in master very easy to maintain). I tend to lean towards "super clean" in my own environment and am usually disappointed in the "tired" aspect of most rentals. This is not the case here. However, I know the owners pay to have the unit cleaned and from my point of view their cleaners may be short changing them. For instance furniture that is easily moved e.g. couches, decorations should be cleaned under and around, as well as, bathroom toilets. The unit's location to the ocean is a very desirable feature. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely, and have already, recommended this property to others. We are golfers and found several courses off the island to be very reasonable and enjoyable to play: Lady's Island, The Sanctuary at Cat Island and The Legends at Parris Island, (check when graduation day is on Parris and do not golf then). Two restaurants that stand out were Dockside on the highway into Beaufort and Emily's in downtown Beaufort; both highly recommended.

  The owner was great to work with and the condo was amazing! It exceeded my expectations. I'm ready to go back!

• Relaxing at the beach in style!

  This was our first visit to Fripp Island, and we couldn't have had better accommodations. Your unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. And the location was perfect . . . a short stroll through the courtyard directly to the beach, close to the pool, not far from the golf courses, and a quick walk for the daily newspaper, pizza or a quick snack. Fripp is so convenient to Beaufort, where we spent an afternoon enjoying it's variety of interesting shops, lovely waterfront park area, and our favorite restaurant, Plum's. Another special eatery we love is Dockside in Port Royal for wonderful seafood overlooking the fishing docks. We enjoyed every relaxing minute of our stay and hope to return again soon. I would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. It was delightful!

  We have stayed numerous places at Fripp over the years from grandparents' house to Deer Lake, to a house near the Cabana Club, and everything in between. This condo was by far the best location! We could easily traipse to the beach without needing a golf cart - you didn't even need shoes. We ended up not needing the amenity cards because we couldn't drag ourselves away from the ocean, but the cards are nice to have. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 teens and one pre-teen; and the sleeping arrangements were okay. The third bedroom is small and didn't accomodate a 16 year old and a 12 year well, but other than that we loved the place and hope to return! Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous home with us!

  Frank and I want to tell you how delightful our stay at your villa at Fripp was. Everything was so clean and nicely equipped for a very happy stay. The SNOWBIRDS, as the winter residents like to refer to themselves, kept coming over and welcoming us as the new owners...we explained that we wished we were!! We have stayed at this complex so many years that we really feel right at home. How nice that the beach has come back at high tide! Our son, who is now 31, played in the green area for many years as a child and last week he shared many memories with his new bride. It was especially nice to be able to include our old family dog in the family vacation. Thanks for your hospitality!! Hopefully, we will be able to visit #115 again soon.

  Thank you so much for letting me make your home my home for a week. This was one of the most restful vacations I have had. The screen porch with the rocking chairs was great for viewing the golfers, deer, and pond. Your cottage is in a great location - close to the golf course, pool, and beach. It was nice to be in such a comfortable place - very pretty and clean furnishings and very tastefully decorated. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.
