Welcome to our quiet, prestigious 3 bedroom 3 bath home, just a few steps from the emerald gulf waters. You don't want to be closer to the beach than this! 3 verandas, screened and also open. Great for entertaining or just relaxing. Designer-decorated and very spacious and fun to live in. The Master bedroom is upstairs and 2 other bedrooms are downstairs. There are 3 full baths. Privacy is enjoyed by all.
Nearby is St. Armand Circle, dine at wonderful restaurants, enjoy the arts, gift shops, and outlet shopping. There are many outings, just a short ride from your vacation home. Sarasota and Tampa airports are 30-50 minutes away.
There is golfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and much more. Or just walk the beautiful beaches hunting for shells. Professional baseball is minutes away with Pittsburg Pirates, Devil Rays & Yankees.

This house was very spacious, clean, extremely well located and had everything you'd need for a stay at the beach. The owners were very easy to work with and let us have a late check out to extend our stay a few extra hours. The Island is a fun family-oriented vacation destination with loads of restaurants and beautiful white-sand beaches just out the front door. We spent our time relaxing in the sun, walking on the beach, boogie-boarding, eating out and enjoying family time together.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We, family of 5, just returned from our stay at Unexpected Blessings. We had an awesome week; the weather couldn't have been better and the home had everything we needed! This rental home was just like home for us. We cooked out several nights; enjoying the deck and the view. Our son spent hours paddling around in the kayak. We liked the split floor plan. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen for a rental home that we have experienced. We didn't have to make a single unexpected trip to the grocery. We didn't want for a pot, pan, dish, bowl, etc.... The home owners are generous in that they truly make their rental a home away from home. The house was clean, linens nice, and again location terrific. We will be back!

We spent four nights here in July and found everything clean, friendly, accessible, and fully set up for an emblematic Florida vacation, or I should say Anna Maria Island vacation. That's always the conflict: Should we tell others how great this place is, or change the subject and hope no one else finds out about it? This home is very big, with numerous discrete but connnected living areas; modern appliances; many, many things in the garage to use at the beach; good technology (internet; good cell phone signal strength; even a printer); good ocean views; great beach proximity. Washer and dryer work well. We were just 3 people. House could take many more. With the ocean right there, the lack of a pool is not a negative. We would come back here again without question. Owner is very responsive and professional to do set up and payment.
