My family and I stayed at this wonderful house over Thanksgiving. We were looking for a convenient location with great views and a pool for the kids, and this house was just what we wanted. Everything was as described on the site, and everything was in excellent condition. The views were absolutely fantastic, as I found myself waking up before sunrise to watch the twinkling lights gradually fade as the city woke up. Michael and Claire were wonderful in helping with a couple of minor problems that arose, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a private getaway. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids, and the bedrooms were far enough away from the living room and kitchen that it was no problem having the adults up when the kids went to bed. We have high standards, and this not only lived up to our satisfaction, it exceeded, as the photos do not do the tranquility and incredible views that the home provides justice. We just completed an amazing 5 day stay @ the home, and by all accounts (2 adults and 2 teens), it was a wonderful place to stay. Michael and Clare were both very professional and responsive to our questions, as this was our first vrbo experience. The payment process was given to us in clear step by step directions, and within a couple days of staying at the property, the hold on our security deposit was promptly returned. When we arrived, Michael was waiting for us, and he walked us through the property and provided an instruction manual for all aspects of the home, including hvac controls, pool/hot tub options, entertainment system options and so on and so forth. The views from the pool area are incredible, and you definitely get the feel that you are away from the congestion of L.A, as you are up in the Hills, amongst some of the finer real estate in the region. The bedrooms (3) are all well sized, and the Master has sliding doors that open to the pool area. There is a jack and jill bathroom between the other two bedrooms, with an additional powder room near the entry. The kitchen (top notch appliances) is well stocked as there are spices, pots/pans and dishware that allows for you to cook fabulous meals. The pool and hot tub can be heated and the outdoor furnishings work well and are in excellent condition. The property is gated, in a safe area and the property is beautifully landscaped and well appointed. Michael met us when we checked out, and he was prompt, which is important to us. We look forward to returning to the home on a future visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

You have a beautiful home and I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay there. Very tastefully and elegantly decorated, too. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute......much needed R&R!!! And I must tell you that even though the pictures are amazing... the house is even better and more fantastic then the photos! Thank you for the Month of a Lifetime! We have stayed at Four Seasons Hotels in several major cities and not one of them compare. Staying at your home was like a Four Seasons PLUS the Pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor areas are all totally private... and of course your home is much larger with views, fountains and fireplace. Both day and night the views wonderful. From the Gated entrance to the, huge all walls living room to exquisite plush bedrooms, water fountains, we felt pampered every moment. Oh, and the kitchen was fantastic. THAT is something you dont get at the Four Seasons. The nicest month ever. We stayed for one month this past spring. The home has an amazing feeling to it. Great architecture and really cool design. The owners were great and accomodated us beautifully. The house is even more impressive in person. We loved it. We rented this house while ours was under a renovation. We didn't want to leave!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.
