This colorful old Colorado charming home is in a great location and ready to handle your temporary or extended stay needs. Near Memorial Hospital, the US Olympic complex, golf course, downtown, UCCS, Tejon Street with all it's wonderful restaurants and shopping. With all this nearby, you are indeed in a great location.

Large partially fenced yard, nice neighbors, Safeway Supermarket just a short drive away. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom a full size bed, the 3rd is an office. Utility room with new full size washer and dryer. The stairs and the master bedroom have brand new carpet, hardwood floor through out the rest, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which have vinyl floor.

Only well behaved dogs and responsible pet owners.

No smoking permitted in house.
