This is a beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condominium on Marco Island, Florida. If you have never been to Marco Island you must experience it.
I own three of these one bedroom, one bath condominiums in this complex called the Apollo. I do all my own rentals (so I have no rental agency charges) and I charge the lowest rates around for a beachfront unit.
All my units are in the center part of the building. This is important at the Apollo since the building is shaped like a bell curve that goes towards the water. From my units you have unobstructed views left and right down the beach!!!
Marco is world renown for its great beaches and shelling and many of my renters are repeat renters.
My condominiums have ALL the amenities of home. You have a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, all new Mikasa dishes, all new silverware, all new pots, pans, utensils, and much more. The unit has a king-size bed in the bedroom and the couch pulls out to a queen-size sleeper. In the unit is linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach toys, beach radio, beach umbrella, binoculars, and a set of two-way radios. The condominium also has two TV/VCR/DVD with cable, CD stereo system, table and chairs on the balcony, and many other amenities. The condo also has FREE Wifi.
The whole west wall of the condominium is a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. So whether you are sitting in the kitchen, at the dining room table, or on the couch watching TV, you have a view of the beach and Gulf. The sunsets are unbelievable from the unit.
The Apollo complex has a pool, whirlpool, workout room, two tennis courts, and covered parking which are all free. From the condo you have DIRECT BEACH access, a restaurant, and a bar that was voted best happy hour on the Island. You are also walking distance from parasailing, wave runner rentals, beach shops, Marco island movie theaters, and so much more. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions at all.

I offer multiple week discounts for season and off season.

This was our first time back to Marco in 11 years. We wanted a very simple stay on the beach and we found it! The condo even though small served our purpose, we were on the beach and a fantastic view. We found a local restaurant that served the best breakfast at a very reasonable price. We will be going back - hopefully next year. you will not make a mistake with this one.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.

This was my 2nd year at the Apollo and I wasn't sure I could top the 1st year but I did. Was able to find a charter captain who loved to fish and caught my 1st 200 + pound fish. Sunsets were breathtaking and the condo was well maintained and very quiet.Also found a great place for homemade banana splits and restaurants that did not charge an arm and a leg for cooking what you caught out in the gulf. Wonderful place to stay and looking forward to year #3 at the Apollo.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
