For more than 10 years we raised our children in this home, married our daughters out on the deck, and welcomed grandchildren now it is time for us to share our beautiful home and go out and explore the rest of the country. This house is more than a vacation rental to us and most that visit, this is a place where memories are made with family and friends and we hope you feel the same.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The property sits just above the sand offering unobstructed panoramic ocean views from nearly every room in the house. The balcolny offers endless views from the shores of Carlsbad to jetties around Camp Pendelton. The lower deck offers views of the pier with the beach being 100 yards away. Oceanside harbor is walking distance and offers quaint shops and excellent dining or enjoy a stroll down the pier to Ruby's Diner. This house is not the typical vacation rental its unique charm will welcome you home the moment you walk in.

We purchased this home in 1996 and permanently resided there with 2 of our 4 children that were teenagers at the time. We have an empty nest now and love to travel and are taking advantage of our time with our kids and grandkids. We were blessed to find this house when we did and didn't want to let it go so decided to share it with guests so please enjoy it as much as we do!
