The main floor offers views of the water from both the front and rear of the home. The kitchen, overlooking the main channel as well as the screened porch and pool area, has a beautiful granite top island. The breakfast area, just off of the kitchen, has double doors that lead out to the main deck overlooking the channel. The master bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful lake views through a wall of windows with electric room-darkening shades, tray ceiling with recessed lighting, tropical ceiling fan and private balcony. What a great place to get away for a little peace and quiet! The master bath has double vanities, a large jetted tub and separate shower with 5 spray heads.
The upper level of this luxurious home is an oasis for family members or guests to enjoy spacious, well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. There are also two more bedrooms on this level. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, television, lake views as well as a hollywood bath. In the media room you can enjoy the lake views of the main channel or close the room-darkening shades for a full theater experience. The built in 100" filmscreen will surely make anything that you watch enjoyable! The Lounge/Entertainment area offers unbelievable lake views, a 15' full service 2 -level bar, gas fireplace and access to the lower deck and pool.
The pool is one of the grandest at the lake with its "negative edge" waterfall and beautiful slate tile deck. The 3 life-size hand-made steel palm trees, environmental lighting and awesome sound system will make you feel as though you are in a tropical paradise.
