Beach Blessing: a beautiful custom-designed home in Summer's Edge -a private beachside community between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. View the fabulous Gulf and hear the waves from any one of three large, back decks. Beach Blessing is a short walk to pristine beaches over private beach walkdown and faces a large, year-round, heated, community pool.
This home is perfect for families or groups of friends to share. The first floor has a master bedroom/sitting area/bathroom (king-size bed, jacuzzi tub). The second bedroom with queen-size bed, third bedroom with twin beds and shared bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom open unto a large covered deck.
The second floor has a large, open gourmet kitchen (granite, stainless-steel appliances, fully-equipped). Dining room and family room open onto a large deck. There is a fourth bedroom (queen-size bed) and bath on this floor. The third floor, with spectacular views and sundeck, has a king-size bed, sitting area with wet bar, and large bathroom (double headed shower).
The living room and both master suites have TV/VHS/DVD/CD players and in-ceiling speakers provide music throughout most of the house. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. There is internet cable modem with wireless -- bring your laptop to access the web!
The house has 3 Sea Kayaks (2 single and 1 double) available for guest use!

Early Summer (April 18 - May 22) $400/night, $2600/week
Summer (May 23 - July 31) $4500/week, no daily rentals
Fall (August 1 - October 31) $400/night, $2600/week
Winter (November 1 - February 28th) $350/night, $2300/week
Cleaning fee and damage insurance are included in the weekly rate.
Additonal 11% tax and 3.5% discount available if paid by check.
