You won't find more relaxed or considerate hosts. While never intrusive, Neil and Jennifer did all they could to ensure a perfect long weekend in a beautiful property. The views are as picturesque as shown on the website, but the photos fail to capture the ever-present sound (and, at high tide, feel) of waves crashing on the rocks within feet of the rooms and the constant, gentle breeze. More than a week after our departure, we're still readjusting to the absence of the ocean at night. Thanks!!!

absolutely fabulous property, tastefully done up and so comfortable. The location is priceless. walking distance to the best restaurants, beaches, trails. I spent hours just gazing into oblivion and capturing the beautiful sounds of the waves - the sounds of the ocean waves are hypnotic. We cooked our dinner meals and it was a treat to use the huge designer kitchen. We are saving up for our next holiday already :) Thank you Neil.

We had a very comfortable stay at this very nice modern/roomy beach house located right on the beach with great views on each room. It is very well equipped and beds are very comfortable. You can hear the relaxing sound of ocean. Walking distance to few nice restaurants. My favorite was SAMS seafood. Short easy drive to San Francisco about 20 minutes. Great experience dealing with the owners not some property manager. We definitely will go back . Kris and Fariba

Wow! What a location! So close that you hear the waves, the harbor bells on the buoy's. The mist of the sea will linger longer than your stay. The waves right in front are generally small and surfable! But if you want REALLY BIG WAVES, Mavericks Surf Break is only a mile away!!! (but the surf is sooo far out there, you will need to bring your binoculars). The harbor is a couple of blocks away. Man, I wish I didn't get Sea-sick or I would have gone out an Caught a few of those 25lb Salmon I saw there. (Instead, I had them cut a few steaks and grilled them up later when we got home!) We enjoyed many of the secluded beaches up and down the coast, knowing that we always had a clean, warm place to come back to with hosts who "knew all things on the Coastside" and could point us in the right direction to maximize our vacation. We would love to come back!!! Earle
