$150/night, $10 Per Day Impact Fee Payable to Onsite Office.
25% Total Rental Revenue Must be Paid in Order to Confirm Reservation.
A $160 Refundable Deposit also due at Time of Reservation.
A one time $30.00 Cleaning Fee to be Paid to Office upon Departure.
