This beautiful second row, 6 BR, 5 BA beach house offers a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation getaway!
It is just steps away from one of the best beaches on Hilton Head as featured in Hilton Head magazine) and is complete with a private pool and hot tub.
Located on Dune Lane, it is only a short walk to Coligny Plaza where shopping, dining and entertainment abound.
Spacious rooms, decorated with your comfort in mind, provide an inviting atmosphere and have been designed to give you a place to 'kick back and relax.' The house comfortably sleeps up to 16 in its 6 bedrooms.
Enter the house from the front door and you'll open to a spacious living area complete with a 50" HD TV and plenty of seating. The dining area is to your left; the kitchen and bar area straight ahead. This level features two master suites each with a king bed, walk in closet and private bath and television. One master has its own outdoor deck area; the other offers a fireplace, views to the pool and easy access to the screened porch. Also on this floor is a third queen bedroom with full bath, laundry room and office area, complete with wireless internet access.
Take the stairs to the second level and the third master suite containing two queen beds, large closet and private bath. Also on this level is a second living space with TV/DVD, fifth bedroom with queen bed, sixth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, full shared bath, efficient exercise area and intimate outdoor balcony.
There is plenty of outdoor living space as well! On the main level, the screened in porch provides plenty of seating and a spiral staircase to the pool level. On the pool level there is a large deck complete with lounge chairs, and a gas grill. There is also a large covered open air loggia complete with seating for relaxing and tables/chairs for dining and an outdoor pingpong table for your entertainment pleasure. This level also contains an outdoor hot/cold shower.
Whether you are looking for a quiet place to read by yourself, a small area to talk with an intimate group, a place for fellowship with your entire family or a great spot for a company or group retreat; whether your vacation interests call you to the beach, golf course, tennis court, bike trail, shopping center or just to a chair by the pool, this Dune Lane house has it all!
