Uniquely situated on a point where the two bayous meet, this home has unmatched views of the bayous, bay and amazing sunsets! From the sunroom, your days will be filled with watching the dolphins, boats, birds and wildlife. An extensive deep water dock allows for boating, fishing and crabbing. Depending on the tides, there is a shallow beach by the seawall that provides a wonderful play area for children.
This is a very custom home with a huge kitchen with family room adjoined to it for the perfect family and friends gatherings. There is seating for eight in the kitchen dining nook, five at the kitchen bar area and ten in the formal dining room. Additionally, there is an huge living room with oversized sectional sofas.
The Master Suite features a very large jetted tub, a steam shower, heated towel racks, his and hers vanities and wonderful views of the water. A king size bed and a small day bed help round out the Master. Two additional bedrooms are on the main floor, sharing a tub/WC but each have their own vanities. One bedroom features a king size bed, the other a queen. Upstairs offers sleeping for six with three trundles and an incredible sitting area with magnificent views of the area. This area is a wonderful area for children or adults for cards, board games or just enjoying the view. Upstairs has full bathroom with double sinks.
The home features five bathrooms with one located in the laundry which is wonderful when returning from the beach or bay.
The home is exquisitely decorated with antiques and art and it is our family home and we are very particular about the care of it. We welcome you to come visit this paradise and enjoy what we think is one of the truly most unique places you will ever find.
We are offering this home for the first time on a limited basis. We welcome you to come and create wonderful times on the water fishing, boating, jet skiing and all the water sports without all the boat traffic you might experience in other locations.
Wonderful dining,shopping, entertainment just minutes away but you will not have to have the traffic to deal with in your backyard. This home is located at the end of a wonderfully quiet street with totally serenity surrounding.
Once you stay here, you'll rethink staying at the beach, which is about twelve minutes away. We also own another VRBO listing (#33173) which is about 100 yards away by water. We love it here and we think that you will, as well.
