Paul upgraded us to this unit after another we were interested in was rented. It is a fabulous home. The artwork throughout the home is stunning, beautiful without being pretentious. The living space is open and inviting while the three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, offers privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, We especially liked the east portico for lounging in the evening and our dog loved being able to roam about the enclosed yard. Paul was responsive and very accommodating. Thanks for a great vacation!

What a great place! It is so spacious and set up perfect to travel with teenagers! The patio just off the dining area and the balcony in our bedroom were such a delight. The pictures really don't do it justice. The owner was very pleasant to work with and everything we needed was there. It is centrally located, close to the plaza and a short walk or drive to the nearest grocery store. We have been coming to Taos to ski and renting homes for 20 years, this was by far our favorite. We look forward to returning to this house again!

we are getting ready to leave- what a great place- we were so comfortable. I liked the fireplace in the living room- we keep toasty while it was super cold out. I enjoyed the time with my teenagers, but me and Sam really liked the privacy of the downstairs master suite- we slept great! Thanks for the help on the "Chile Line" connections- Miles and Antonia took it to the Ski Valley- and the rest of us went to Sipapau- worked out great. thnaks so much- Lori, Sam and the gang

When my wife and I spoke with the owner on the phone, he was very patient in answering all of our questions about the condo and about Taos, in general. We are elderly, and really appreciated Paul addressing our concerns and special needs. We travel with a hearing ear dog, and he was right at home! Pau, the owner, met us when we arrived. The yard, surrounding area and condo were especially nice. There was a reading library, plus maps and tourist information was all laid out, as per our special request. Our vacation was so enjoyable, and memorable. We were very comfortable. A grocery store was right around the corner. Our grand children drove down from Colorado to visit. All in all, it couldn't have worked out any better, or any easier, for us. A wonderful time was had by all.

Five friends (with whom I vacation each year) and I recently chose this rental as home base for our Taos experience. It was wonderful. As advertised. Comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We took full advantage of the hot tub under the stars. Wired, the coffee shop, is a stone's throw away. We also really liked that Albertson's was so close because there was always one item we'd forget. Our recommendation for restaurants for other visitors? Check out the Old Trading Post, now the Italian Restaurant. Our vacation was seamless. Hated to leave! Love the condo. We've already booked for next year. Rochelle

I stayed there with my family and we hiked in the mountains, shopped and dined. We had a great time and we loved being so close and convenient to everything in town. Paul was very helpful and friendly. The condo was beautiful. We loved the artwork. We will most certainly stay there again.

The owner list several amenities that are not in the rental. No telephone, does not have 3 TV's, and sparse furnishings and equipment in every room. We stayed 6 weeks with bugs and sawdust falling down on our bed in master bedroom and also the same problem in eating area. We cleaned this up several times a day. Outside area was not maintained. Owner was not pleasant to work with. The above problems that were addressed early in our six week stay were not solved. The layout of the rental unit is good and location is good. We would not recommend dealing with the owner or renting this or any other rental unit he has. If Taos had a Better Business Bureau we would report him for false advertising.
Owner response:I am sorry Jean did not enjoy her stay- I offered her a full refund, and tried to do everything I could to accomodate her. I never could see any bugs, all rooms have complete furnishing. I have upgraded Quest DSL to a higher speed.

The three master suites were spacious and comfortable. The floors were heated. The place was incredibly clean. We had so many complaints for Paul, the owner, on our first day (i.e. fireplace use, internet use.) Sure enough, he responded promptly to all our concerns and those issues remained solved for the rest of our stay. Also, he's a fun guy who knows a lot about the area.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year's and had a wonderful time. We skied every day at Taos Ski Valley and the location of this condo was perfect for us. There was lots of room for all 7 of us and our dog. We hope to stay here again soon!

What a beautiful property. The three master suites were perfect for our girl trip. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The dining room and living area were very accomodating for our group. The landlord is great to work with. He was so friendly and helpful. We have already booked this house for next year. So should you!!

We stayed at this great condo over Christmas 2008. We are returning to Taos in the fall and are planning to stay at this condo again. It was great for us. Very spacious, quiet, and easy to get around town. Also loved the heated floors!
