Loved everything. Two things for a suggestion. 1) Move the TV and the sofa to opposite side of the living room because you can hear the TV, even on low, through two bedroom walls. 2) Your instructions for TV living room cable didn't work and we could not use cable in living room. Please rewrite directions or check if it works.

Great Family Vacation Home

Seven family members stayed here for a week and we were very comfortable with plenty of room. Everything was so clean and well decorated. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the privacy fence was a big plus. The guys loved the pool table and our grandson enjoyed his Hulk themed bedroom. Michel was excellent. He returned calls right away and took great care of us. Could not ask for anything better when you are traveling and away from home. Without a doubt this is where we will stay for our next vacation.

Since 2009 our family has stayed in 4 different homes, all in different (Disney area) locations. Our search always begins in December and we carefully search hundreds of homes. This house has ended our annual search and we will always return to this home when vacationing in the Disney area. The house was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved their bedrooms and we loved the master bedroom and bath. The layout of the home was ideal. All the furnishings and electronics were great! Our favorite was the private private private pool and spa!!!!!! The owners were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. Everything is as advertised --- You will not be dissappointed!! Thank you Michel for a wonderful vacation!!

We just returned from our second stay at Fantasy House, and it was just as good as the first time. The villa is beautiful with everything on hand for a perfect vacation. We have so many wonderful photos of the kids enjoying the pool, and they couldn't wait to take a dip as soon as we arrived. During the visit we had a small problem with the water heater that the owner resolved in double-quick time so it hardly impacted on us at all. It is this kind of service that will ensure we return to visit the property time and again in the future. Michel, you are a great host, and we look forward to seeing you again later this year.

Great Vacation Stay!!

This was our first time staying in a home rather than a hotel--and I really can't imagine going back. We were busy with plans for the most part--but our kids begged to go home and relax--if you can imagine!! They had TV's in their own rooms, which we don't at home. So everyone got to fully enjoy the time--and DH and I didn't have to watch Nickjr and Disney tv like we would at a hotel!! We were able to save $$ by eating at home--packing lunches. The kids LOVED the pool-everything was clean and well-maintained. The spa heat was not as hot as we wanted--but Michel responded within just an hour or two with a man out there to check the heat. Super fast response--great communication--this place was heaven sent!!

Great location, well maintained, easy access to Disney and other local attractions. Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with screened in pool, spa and patio area was the perfect solution about where to stay in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Perfect for large or multi-family stays. The neighborhood was quiet, close to shopping and restaurants, and only about 3 miles from Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

We just returned home after having a wonderful stay at your home. All the comments I had read ahead of time were accurate. Your home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Location was great. It was very easy to get to and from Disney World from your home... and so close. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms. I have several friends planning trips to Disney World in Spring and next fall and I have already passed along the brochure and information about your homes. We would love to stay at your home again on our next trip to Disney World. Michel was very prompt at answering any questions and getting back to me right away. We weren't even home for 3 days and I already received our security deposit back. Thanks again for allowing us to stay and your home.

Summer 2011 fantasy house stay

We recently stayed in the fantasy house and we weren't disappointed! the description and the photos didn't do this place justice! when we walked in the house our jaws dropped; the size and the openness of it were grrrreat and it was so clean and well maintained we felt right at home and comfortable instantly. Michel was so wonderful and quick at responding throughout the whole process aaaand our first day at the house he even came by to welcome us and make sure everything was ok which was so wonderful and thoughtful of him. There was lots close by if you wanted to do some shopping and restaurants to eat at and a Walgreens for any supplies. And the best part was Disney was less than a 10 min. drive I would 100% recommend this house to anybody

The house was just simply the best. Everything the house has to offer is top quality.When we looked for a villa we wanted security and privacy.The bedrooms were excellent the facilties were modern and we had pool and gardeners visit to maintain the grounds.I cannot speak highly enough of the villa it was just fantastic.Another bonus was the location to the theme parks very close to Disney parks. The photos do not do it justice.Plus the master bedroom has a large walk in shower and a large bath that is not captured by the photos is another plus.. this is simply best A++++

This house looks better than the pictures. Very clean and orderly. The layout is perfect for two couples with children. I must mention that the Mickey/Minnie bedroom has the west sun coming in during the day and it gets quite hot in that room. The location is extremely convenient to Disney....a little subdivision in Kissimee, like 4 miles from the park entance. We hit the parks in the AM...came home for lunch...swam in the pool...then went back to the World at night. I used PayPal to rent this unit and I love the convenience of it but I don't love having to pay the fees. My deposit was mailed back in a timely manner but again I prefer the convenience of Paypal so I don't have to worry about a check sitting in my mailbox while I'm gone. You can trust renting from this owner. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is a fantastic property, in a great location. Very peaceful subdivision, close to all area attractions and has all amenties necessary for a most enjoyable vacation. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the game room, which even had games for little ones. Michel has done a fabulous job at describing the property and it is exactly as pictured, and you can count on an enjoyable vacation at this home.

We recently returned from an 8 night stay. This home is wonderful and we will definately consider in future trips to Orlando. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for myself, children and mother. We all had our separate spaces. The game system in the one bedroom was a plus and there was a nice variety of games supplied. Plenty of beach and bath towels. The washer and dryer are new and we made great use of this. It was nice having a full kitchen available even though our meals were simple. Having a blender was nice to enjoy cocktails poolside in the evening. No one wanted to leave and the home made this trip so much better. What a great place to unwind after a busy day at the parks. It was so great that Mom skipped parks on some day just to stay poolside and relax! It was so nice to meet Michel as well. We highly recommend this home!

The villa is beautifully decorated and has lots of individual touches to make it stand out. Great to meet Michel and his son on the first morning as they were in the neighbourhood. This was our first stay in a vacation rental home. This home was lovely. We felt like it was truly home away from home. The quality of the furnishings was unexpected. Michel was wonderful to interact with the whole way through. This is very much a family feeling vacation home. It was very close to Disney and restaurants, shopping. Excellent location. We felt safe and the neighborhood was kept up well. We learned that we could have brought some essentials such as extra garbage bags, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. but we are new to this so have now learned that is necessary. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Spacious and very clean. We would stay at this home again when we visit Mickey again. Thank you for a delightful stay and some great memories, Michel.

Wonderful Disney Vacation

Kathleen and Michel have created a beautiful and comfortable home at fantasy house. The pool and hot tub are completely private which makes a big difference since most homes near Disney are built very close together, and most offs pools back up to another home and pool area. The furnishings in the home are premium quality which is not terribly common with disney vacation homes. I cannot say enough good about Kathleen and Michel. They were so helpful and even allowed us to add pool heat once we were there and it was kinda chilly. If you decide to rent tie home for your next vacation you will not be disappointed.

This house was wonderful. My husband & I along with our three children stayed at the Fantasy House in October 2010. We were visiting Florida for a Disney World trip. The house is minutes away from from Disney & was very easy to get to each day. The neighborhood is very quiet & well kept. We liked that the house has a security system. The owner & managment were very polite. The house was very clean. Although we brought our own dish soap, detergent, clorox wipes, etc. all of the cleaning supplies were furnished. The game room was very fun. The pool & spa were also clean & comfortable. It was so much nicer renting a house this time rather than staying in a hotel or condo. Our kids were able to play & we didn't have to worry about constantly asking them to be quieter. We will definetly stay here again or maybe one of the owners other houses when we go back to Disney World again.

Fantastic 'Fantasy House'

We had a fantastic week staying in the 'Fantasy House' in Indian Creek. The house was clean and in excellent order, and decorated in a fun and quirky way. Our children loved their room's, girls in the Mickey and Minnie themed room and our son in the Hulk room. The house was very well equipped with everything you would need while away from home, including little extra's like a supply of beach towels for use by the pool and a selection of DVD's to watch. Excellent location, with a Shop and Restaurants within 2/3 minutes drive and Disney approx 10 minutes away. All in all a Fantastic Place to stay, and have already recommended it to friends.....

What a wonderful home! It is exactly as described on the website except better. We loved looking at the decor, the pictures were fascinating! It was clean and very comfortable. The bed and linens were upper class! We loved the privacy of the pool. The location was perfect for a disney vacation. Very close to parks, restaurants and all facilities. Stayed here for 14 nights with another family, we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, very well decorated and is very functional; it has lots of space and room for the kids. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, it seemed very safe. The management company were very effective, we needed a battery replaced in a smoke alarm and they came and replaced the battery within hours. The owner (Michel) was very helpful in answering all of our questions prior to our stay. Merci Michel!

Your home was absolutely gorgeous! It was everything you described and more. Our entire family enjoyed the pool and game room between visits to the parks. The house was very clean and neat, and the beds were so comfortable. Your home is fabulously decorated. My daughter is employed by an interior decorator, so she took pictures of everything to show her employer how beautiful your home is. We all walked through the home and took our time looking at your entire collection of pictures and Disney momentos. Everything is so strategically and perfectly placed. I was also pleased that you stopped by personally the morning after we moved in to see how we were doing. That was very kind of you. Thank you so much for making our vacation a dream come true in your "Fantasy House". We're looking forward to staying there again when we are in Florida!

We stayed at the Fantasy House 6-18-10 through 6-25-10. Walking in the door was a welcome relief after spending 2 days driving to Florida. After the kids checked out their rooms and the game room, they were in the pool and the vacation was off to a great start. The house was perfectly located to the Disney parks, so that we could go in the morning, come back in the afternoon, let the kids swim and eat dinner and then head back to the parks at night. It made it really easy being that close. The house was just as nice as the pictures showed, the little ones loved the Mickey room, while the teen-age girls rocked out the Hulk room and we thoroughly enjoyed the huge Master bedroom and bath. And of course the lone teen age boy appreciated the privacy of his own room. The pool and game room were a HUGE hit with all the kids. (16, 14, 13, 11 and 4) Renting our own Northern Michigan vacation home out, gave us a very good idea what to expect in service and we were not disappointed. Michel was very quick in replying to emails and any questions that needed answering. The booking process was simple, the website was very manageable and up to date. We definitely plan to rent again from Michel on our next trip to Florida and would recommend any of their houses to friends and family, which we already did and they booked for later in the year. Thanks again Michel for sharing your wonderful home and helping make our much needed vacation, one we'll never forget!

My family of 5 (myself, my wife and our kids aged 7, 5 and 2) stayed at the Fantasy House from May 21, 2010 to May 30, 2010 and we had a great stay! The house was a perfect fit for our needs and made our vacation VERY memorable. The security system and safety fence around the pool gave us peace of mind that the little ones would be safe. There was a problem with the heat for the hot tub, but after notifying the owner the problem was addressed immediately. Within an hour or two a very nice lady from the management firm was there to fix the problem. The hot tub warms up quickly and we found it to be the perfect way to end a busy day at the theme parks. If you're planning a vacation do not hesitate to choose THIS vacation home. We were 100% satisfied with our choice.

The Fantasy House in Orlando Florida

What a difference from a hotel! We had the best time staying at the Fantasy House. The house is decorated so cute. The house was minutes away from all the theme parks. A great location. The house has everything you need to cook but if you don't want to resturants and fast foods are blocks away. The house has a game room with a pool table, board games, foosball table and a basketball hoop game. The boys loved the playstation. After a long day at a theme park you could relax in the hot tub or take a swim in the pool. I could start the wash at night and put it in the dryer in the morning. The DVD player came in handy so we could watch our video of Discovery Cove. We had a wonderful vacation and the Fantasy House played a big role in memories that will last a lifetime! What a great place to relax

We stayed from 3/19 - 3/27. My family and I LOVED the pool and the Hot Tub - the water was beautiful and very clean. The outdoor seating area was a great place to relax with the family and have a casual breakfast or dinner before or after tackling the parks (it was located about 15 minutes from the parks). My kids hated to get out of the water, but when they did, they also really enjoyed the game room alot!! The rooms were all very nice, it was all VERY well kept, very clean and a wonderful place to relax! I would highly recommend this home.

We stayed at the Fantasy House for the week of Feb. 13 through Feb.20. This was the fourth trip to Disney and without a doubt this was the best. The house was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and convenient to everything we wanted. We also enjoyed coming home to the gameroom in the evening. (Too cold for the pool!) I would definately recommend this house to anyone visiting Disney. No disappointments at all

My family and I stayed at Michel’s Fantasy House in early October 2009. We ventured to Florida to celebrate my toddler’s birthday. We could not have had a more perfect stay! Fantasy House is just incredible and fun. It is suited to both the young and the refined. We spent many a lazy morning making breakfast in the kitchen and lounging by the pool. My son was excited to share his birthday with so many of his favorite characters and that was before we even arrived at the park. The atmosphere of this home is just so comforting and welcoming, but also full of lively diversions. There was always something to do play games, watch movies, or swim in the pool. We very much looked forward to returning home to this perfect setting after a long day at the parks. I want to thank Michel and his family for sharing their special Fantasy House with us. A special thanks to Michel whose great interior design provided unique and wonderful memories for each member of my family. We hope to be back again soon!

We stayed in Fantasy House for the first week of October. This is our 15th experience in rental villas, and by far, our best experience. The photos and descriptions do not do justice to this magnificent home. It is a haven of tranquility, but still vibrant with energy. There were things for everyone to do all of the time, from the great game room, to the outstanding pool to the quick wireless internet connection. We always hate to leave Orlando, but we were truly sad to leave Fantasy House. We want to live there forever! In fact, we liked the house so much that we never spent more than four hours a day away from it. This is, by far, the very nicest and most luxurious home we have ever rented. It is so immaculate that we truly felt like we were the first people to stay in the home. You would be very lucky to be able to stay in Fantasy House.

Wow, this is a must stay very close to Disney and all the parks! Also close to outlets! You can cook at the house or eat out everything is close even 24hour Walgreens!! The house is a home away from home very comfortable and roomy! The pool is relaxing and then the game room is a bonus! It was perfect we stayed for a week and had a Magical one at that! The Fantasy house was a beautifully decorated property with lots of amenities for the entire family. We just spend a week there and it was wonderful. We ended up spending more time at home than usual, the entire family enjoyed the pool and game room, the home was very spacious and accomodated everybody comfortably. We would definitely recommend this house for anyones Fantasy vacation.

We just got back from staying 4 nights in this beautiful villa! The home was gorgeous and loaded with amenities. My kids loved that the entire home was beautifully decorated and adorned with great Disney memorabilia! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the pool and game room were wonderful treats! Looking forward to returning again soon! THANK YOU!

We stayed a week in the Fantasy house in March 2009. The pictures cannot describe how beautiful it was! We had a wonderful time and the home is equipped with more than you will ever need! We look forward to staying here again!
