Lovely family villa in a quiet community surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Superbly located, close to Disney and other theme parks, including Universal Studios and Sea World, and over 20 golf courses, including the prestigious world class Champions Gate.

Living Room:

The cozy living room comfortable sofas, arm chairs, a computer station with high speed internet access, DVD/VCR combo, and cable TV. Cathedral ceilings and a ceiling fan make the room feel open and airy; like part of the outdoors. Additional amenities include piped radio and a private intercom system throughout the house.

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock.

Second Floor:

The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed, two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, TV, writing desk and chair.

Kitchen:

Our contemporary kitchen with vaulted ceiling has all of the dishes, utensils and pots you need to make a gourmet meal for your family. Or, if a continental breakfast is more your speed, our above-the-stove microwave and toaster oven will come in handy.

Game Room:

The garage has been converted to a game room. Try your hand at pool table, ping-pong or air hockey in this converted 2-car garage.

Outdoor Living Spaces:

Enjoy a nighttime dip in our beautiful screen-enclosed pool with underwater lighting and adjoining tiled Jacuzzi. The sun deck has plenty of room for lounging or sunbathing. A covered lanai provides welcome shade from the Florida sunshine.
