Heliconia is a three level open home with four bedrooms and a separate apartment. The top level has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and an open living and dining area with spacious decks for sunset views. The second level has two bedrooms with private outdoor showers and a computer room. An expansive deck surrounds this floor with outdoor cooking and dining. The bottom level has a private loggia with banquette seating and a bar that serves the pool and heated Jacuzzi. Mosquito netting makes this area ideal for meditating or entertaining. An infinity pool spills into the jungle forest. A separate apartment offers additional living space with an efficiency kitchen and a bedroom with a private bath.

AMAZING! We just returned from a ten day vacation with three families. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The two caretakers on the proprerty were very friendly, hard working and they were always watching out for us and our children. We also had two other individuals who made sure all our needs were met, i.e. snorkeling trips, fishing trips, activities, etc. We took full advantage of the property and bbq'd a couple of nights and had a chef come in and cook for us as well. Everything was perfect. It is evident the owner loves their property and consistently went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. The location is ideally located in the middle of West Bay Beach and Half Moon Bay. We had no trouble walking out onto the dock and waving down a water taxi, which was our prefered method of travel. The children (all 7 of them, oldest is ten) had a blast in the swimming pools (we had a pool at the house and a pool on the beach) and jumping and fishing off the dock. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic trip!

The pictures make this house look nice, but it is MUCH NICER than the pictures!! My brother in-law arrived before me and texted the perfect summary of the house "House is BAD ASS and AMAZING... way better than the pictures" We had multiple families and multiple kids in this house for two weeks. We enjoyed inside and outside. It has everything you need including someone watching over the house and you day and night. The house sits in a great location that makes it a couple minute trip by water taxi to the locations on that side of the island or a couple minute walk to zip line. From the owner to the people helping you on a daily basis you could not find anyone more helpful or friendly. They helped me set up a fantastic dinner with private chef on the beach including a fire dance. All I had to do was say YES and it was done with no worries. All activities were easy to book with the house and all you have to do is walk to the dock and get picked up to snorkel, scuba, fish, dolphin show, etc. Don't think twice. I don't feel you can find a better house on the island for the price and location. Don't think twice on this property. The house is excellent, the location is perfect and the people who are associated with this property were fantastic!

The pictures do not do this property justice! My family including two boys ages 5 & 8 spent 10 days at this property and cannot say enough good things about it. The property is beautiful both inside and outside. The owner has decorated this property beautifully. Extremely clean and includes everything you need. The pools are great size at both the house and beach. The beach pool is amazing and beautiful both at day & night. Everyone associated with this property were fantastic and extremely warm and helpful. They made us feel like we were part of a larger family. One key point of this location is that it is centrally located and very simple to walk on the pier, get a water taxi and take a 3 minute ride to west end, west bay, etc. Booking trips was as simple as making a call to the people helping with the house and just walking to the dock to go fishing, snorkel, scuba, etc. We called one morning to take the boys fishing and 30 minutes later the boat arrived and we were off giving our kids another fantastic adventure. You can walk 3 minutes up the beach and find yourself at the zip line that was also a fantastic experience. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with this location. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a place, you won't be disappointed here!
