This 2 story house is located in lovely Sunshine Canyon (wildlife sanctuary), 10 minutes from downtown Boulder but a tranquil world away....Remodeled 2 years ago, the 3 decks and yard look out across mountain meadows and hills. Great views from all three bedrooms including the distant city lights from the picture window soaking in the tub.
Aspen walls and oak floors adorn the living room with cathedral ceiling and bay window seating area. On the same floor is the master bedroom with king bed and bath and large kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms and bath with glass-block walk-in shower and balcony overlooking the living area.
Full Kitchen has cherry cabinets, Bosch dishwasher,all appliances and cookware. Dining area in the kitchen or walk out the sliding glass door and dine on the flagstone patio with a 270 degree view. Enjoy the 320 days/year of Colorado sunshine or escape to the shade in the hammock. For cozy winter evenings make a fire in the glass faced wood stove (plenty of wood provided).
This is a DEDICATED VACATION RENTAL year round. A NON SMOKING house. Cable television. Wireless internet and phone provided.
Closest Ski Area is 24 miles away at Eldora Ski Area.
