Our family rented this property for the second year in a row and our stay was just as delightful as the last time. The owners were helpful if we had questions and the property was well maintained. We have already booked it for 2012 and the kids/grandkids cannot wait to return!

Great long weekend, the stay was very nice. The cove is quiet, yet the main channel is not far. Bedrooms and facilities were very good, as were the neighbor's. Would recommend this property.

The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquaries we had regarding the lake house. The house was absolutely beautiful, well kept-up, and spacious...highly exceeding our expectations. It is set in a quiet cove with a large dock, perfect for swimming and fishing. We had a great experience and I would definatley recommend staying here and will hopefully be back in the near future.

This was the first vacation we took with our kids and grandkids and this house and cove were perfect for us. The area is very kid friendly (ours ranged in age from 10 down to 7 wks) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were there during the week so the cove was very quiet and we did not have to worry about boat traffic when the kids were swimming. We all loved the paddle boat and it got a lot of use. The whole family was sad to leave and are already making plans to return next year!

Our 4th of July at this place was exceptional. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful, even saved my bacon with a tow once. The gravel road down is pretty steep so don't bring the boat down unless you have a really solid tow vehicle, just take it to the boat ramp first and bring the trailer down empty. The home is very nice and clean. Bedrooms are split two up and two down so 4 families totaling 8 adults and 4 kids had plenty of room. Nice kitchen on upper level with big shaded patio right off it with lots of tables and chairs made for lots of comfortable dinner conversation. Only complaint was the ice maker is a slow one, get a few bags at the store the first day and you'll be fine. The lot was big enough for a croquet court. Nice soft grass for bare feet. Just don't leave towels out to dry overnight...its nice n soft cuz the sprinkles come on in the early AM !! Dock is in very good shape and the cove got very little traffic so no worries at all about the boat. Nice and deep too so good for jumping in and no need to trailer outdrive. Little kids had a great time swiming with life jackets on. Water is really warm in July. Caught a bunch of big large mouth even in the heat of the day. Lots of little extras, too like a firepit, woodsplitter, inflatable rafts, and fishin poles at the dock all got a lot of use and made for a good time. Mini fridge down stairs keeps beer good and cold. Verizon got decent service, best spot was out front of the house. AT&T service was weak. Mid week the traffic on the lake was light so the Gravois arm made for good skiing and tubing. There are two great resturant n bars to hit, each only a couple miles away so maybe 10 minutes by water if you're up on plane (Coconuts was the best but Jolly Rogers is cool too, very different places, both worth the trip). Lots of hills and gravel roads so not the best jogging and biking around unless you're in great shape. But, several nice golf courses in the area to choose from and Super Walmart was only about a 20 minute drive. Lots of bait shops and fireworks stands nearby too. Can't say enough about the owners and how helpful they are. Highly recommend this one and plan to return.

This house is perfect for large families. It is new construction and is well maintained by the owners. With its own dock in a quiet cove you can swim, fish or go boating (take a GPS if you are going boating!). We had 4 generations at our reunion and everyone had great time. We highly recommend this facility and its owners.

We spent a week in this home and had a great time! The house is beautiful and spacious. The cove is just perfect, with virtually no boat traffic. All the kids really enjoyed the diving platform and paddleboat. The daddies enjoyed golfing nearby, and the mommies enjoyed shopping in Osage Beach. We will definitely be back!
