Location: Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico (1 hour north of Cabo San Lucas and 1 hour west of La Paz)

This 3 bedroom home is located in the La Cachora neighborhood of Todos Santos. The house is 300 yards from a beautiful beach. The house is light and airy and provides the perfect atmosphere for indoor and outdoor living.

The house is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with two outside showers, one of the showers has a view of the ocean. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Upstairs
*Master bedroom
There is a Master bedroom upstairs with a beautiful view of the ocean, treadmill and your own bathroom and outdoor shower.
*Office
An air-conditioned office with wireless Internet and a view of both the mountains and ocean.
*Ocean View Patio
A huge porch with a sunset view.

Downstairs
*Guest Bedroom 1
Can be set up as 2 twin beds or 1 king size. This room has an adjoining bathroom and shower.

*Guest Bedroom 2
Bedroom set up with 3 bunk beds perfect for kids. We even left a few toys for younger kids. This room can also be setup for 3 single beds. A bathroom with an outdoor shower is across the hall from this room.

A large open living room/dining/kitchen with doors and windows that allow the ocean breeze to come through is also on the ground floor.

Outdoor Living
The house has an outdoor living room that over looks beautiful landscaping and an outdoor dining room that has a fireplace. Both spaces are covered for shade. The house also has an outdoor kitchen with both a gas and charcoal grill and a sink.

Outdoor Playing
We have a sand yard that is great for playing bocci ball or baseball.

Location
From the house you can walk to a great beach that stretches for miles (just a 20 minute walk from the Tropic of Cancer line). Note - there are very strong currents at this beach - swimming is not recommended.

Todos Santos
Is a pueblo magico with many great art galleries, fine restaurants, and a laid-back feel. It is a great place to relax and get away for awhile. You can hike, bike and whale watch (February is a great month for the whales). The climate is dry, warmer in winter than other Baja locations, and cooler in summer.

Near by Airports
Todos Santos is an hour away from the La Paz airport and approximately an hour and half away from the Los Cabos airport (SJD)

  • We just got back from Todos Santos and miss it already. The house was absolutely beautiful and surpassed our expectations. It is a spacious luxury property and was, as promised, the perfect place to host a large group. We made good use of the fantastic indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities as well as the huge dining table outside by the fire. Aaron was extraordinarily helpful and fielded incessant requests from 20 people graciously. He did everything from loaning one of our friends a pair of shorts to organizing and re-organizing last minute pick-ups from the airport for people who missed flights to hiring a pair of great local cooks to cook for our group. The overall experience was nothing short of luxurious and an exceptional value. We look forward to our next stay.
