This NON-SMOKING "Anywhere on the property" Guest Cottage, sits on a valley rim backed by State Land. From the living room window there is a spectacular ocean view, Kong (Anahola) Mountain views and overlooks the Keapana Valley where major movie sets stood for the filming of Jurassic Park. The Ho’opihi falls are just a 20 minute walk from the cottage, movie site of the amber mines in Jurassic Park I.
You are a five minute drive to Kapaa Town or beautiful Kealia Beach. Kapaa Town is part of the Coconut Coast of Kauai and features shopping, art galleries, and international fine cuisine as well as the largest farmers market on the island where locals sell their vine-ripened produce and flowers for very reasonable prices.
This Guest Cottage has a 12' X 19' living room, a full kitchen with full stove and refrigerator, as well as a separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is also your own laundry room with washer and gas dryer. You may park within 20 feet of the unit. For parties from one to four persons, a queen-size futon will be available in the living room as well as a queen size bed in the bedroom.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* A three night security deposit required at time of booking.
* A seven night deposit required for monthly booking.
*Check-In 3:00PM and Check Out 11:00AM.
* Balance due upon arrival (Payable with Travelers Checks, Cash, Money Order or credit card).
* Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to arrival equals full refund. Less than 30 days equals forfeit deposit.
* 3 night minimum booking.
