Our condo is a quiet refuge on the Sea of Cortez, where you can relax while enjoying an oceanfront view of jumping fish and surfers. There are sliding glass windows that open to the ocean from both bedrooms, in addition to the living room. This is a corner unit with a large balcony.
Located very close to the town of San Jose del Cabo you will avoid the chaos that has become Cabo San Lucas. San Jose is an artists haven. You will find the town quaint and much quieter than our neighbor to the south. Yet there are many excellent restaurants.
The airport is about 20 minutes away and easily accessible. Cabo San Lucas is 30 minutes away.
Once you have visited our local grocery store "MEGA" and purchased some food, you will not want to leave the comforts of this well appointed condo.
Costa Azul is next door for those of you who wish to try to Surf, they rent boards and give lessons.
The beach is pristine and the morning sunrise is inspirational.

- Free Long Distance: Limited Free Long Distance to the United States using the Vonage line.
- Computer: There is a laptop hooked into a DSL line, it is not wireless, there is also a printer
- Broadband Internet: This is through TelMex and works most of the time. It you bring a laptop that has wireless you may be able to find unsecured sites to use.

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: ONLY owners are allowed pets, this is enforced by the Management
- Not Suitable for Children: Children are allowed, but tend to be bored. There is a children's pool, but no other amenities for children.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 25 years old
- Smoking Not Allowed: No cigarette or cigar smoking allowed on the premises at any time.
