My family and I (2 boys 13 &16) enjoyed 10 wonderful days here in late March,2011. This was our first time trying VRBO. We were not disappointed. The condo has everything you're looking for for accomodation down here in sunny SJDC. Large deck for watching the unobstructed 180 degree ocean view steps to the water. My wife and I were up to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning and saw at least 5-6 whale sitings from the deck. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king-sized and 2 twin beds(or queen if pushed together), large bath/shower, seperate bathroom for our boys, beach umbrellas and boogie board supplied, BBQ, nice pools and deck chairs down below. A short distance to downtown SJDC, 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas, 15-20 drive to the great snorkling beaches of Santa Maria and Chileno Bays. Really everything you could ask for. Thanks Donna for letting us share your little peace of paradise!

My family and I stayed at Donna's condo for the week of April 1-8, 2010. The pictures do not do the condo justice as the views from the master bedroom are simply breathtaking. At home now, we miss hearing the waves crashing, the palm trees swaying and looking out the window when we wake up to see the beautiful blue ocean.... The development was favorably quiet from the chaos of Cabo, but my children, ages 13 and 10 were still able to meet some other kids and hang out. We rested by the pool, stocked up on groceries from MEGA and used the BBQ most days for our meals. MEGA has everything you want and more local fare to tryout if you are adventurous. We went to Chileno Bay to snorkel one day which is approx. 15 minutes drive toward Cabo. We saw tons of colorful fish; nice beach where it was safe to swim. I would highly recommend this condo for your holiday if you like the comforts of home but want to enjoy peace and quiet with the most lovely view imaginable.

I have been to Cabo several times and my boyfriend's family has been coming for 15 years. I must say that this was the most enjoyable trip yet. Donna's place is beautiful. The complex is very nice with lovely pools and grounds. The beach is free of vendors and is visible from the entire condo. Her decorating choices are extremely tasteful and the kitchen is appointed with all the best. The master bed faces the sunrise over the water - a delight to wake up to each day. The porch overlooking the ocean from all sides is a fabulous place to hang out. We were down with my boyfriend's parents who have a very nice timeshare at Hacienda del Mar, and they choose to spend time where we were. We shared a rental car as they golf quite a bit, but it is not necessary to have one. The coconut shrimp at Hangman's just down the beach, drew us back for another round. We are certainly looking forward to another opportunity to relax at Donna's exceptional condo.

The minute you arrive, you realize you are visiting someone's second home and that this is not your typical condo rental. The furnishings and finishes are personalized and very comfortable. Ready access to the high speed laptop was very convenient and the kitchen is outfitted with all you could need. Donna was a delight to work with and was readily available during our stay to answer any questions which came up. Looking forward to visiting again.

Thank you so much Donna! We loved your condo and found it perfect in every way. From laying in bed at night listening to the rolling waves, sitting enjoying coffee on the veranda and taking romantic walks on the beach together, my husband and I had a perfect vacation. Owner response:This is the perfect romantic get away or not..sometimes I just go with my girlfriends and we have a relaxing, refreshing trip. The condo is perfectly located where it is on a quiet beach but close enough to the town of San Jose del Cabo that if you need to go into town ( most people do not want to leave the condo) it is a quick trip. It has been fun meeting new people by sharing my second home! Donna

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in Feb.2010 and really had a marvelous time. The condo is very well appointed with everything you need to make you comfortable and at ease.The decor is lovely and the kitchen well stocked. The view is gorgeous and we had breakfast every morning overlooking the Sea of Cortez . We watched whales frolic and mantas swim all from our balcony.The complex is extremely well maintained and secure. This is a great place to stay! We will be back.

This condo blew my mind!! The photos are not only 100% true but they simply do not do the condo and the balcony justice!! My boyfriend and I are extreme sport enthusiast so we were excited to find Donna's luxury condo right there on the Costa Azul Beach because that meant we could literally step outside every morning to catch the morning and afternoon waves from our door step. The local surf shops stock pile some sweet gear and were helpful in letting us know where the rip currents would be while surfing and boogie boarding. Not to mention that Donna has a boogie board (and cooler) right there in the washer and dryer room- we were thrilled! However, we found ourselves on the balcony cooking, eating, watching sunrises and sunsets on the gorgeous wrap around balcony more than we found ourselves in the water! It was heaven! ...take this to heart because I am a destination wedding photography by trade and have stayed all over the tropics (including the lush South Pacific/Fiji/NZ) and have never stayed at a condo this posh for the price she charges. Donna has thought of everything and has stocked the condo with premium goods. The only compliant is that the couch is a bit uncomfortable and out-dated but simply putting a bunch of blankets on it when we went to watch a movie solved that tiny problem. I have nothing but props and rave reviews for the condo and Donna herself as the owner. She was helpful the month and 1/2 before our stay and was prompt in returning the deposit as well. The area is divine in everyway and we felt like we had the entire Mykonos property to ourselves everyday (we stayed 12-31 thru 1-4-10). Advice: Get a car, go into Cabo for an hour or two and count your lucky stars you didn't stay that close to that chaos. Do the zip line / extreme adventure tour with the Costal Azul canopy folks they do a fabulous job, along with driving around on your own- you'll thank yourself later! If you want to surf the beach your on if seriously some of the best waters you can hit... very few folks have the guts to surf the Sea of Cortez! Overall, we'd go back in a heart beat if I book another wedding in the area. You can do as much or as little as you like everyday without ever leaving the condo. ...enjoy and good luck!

We had a wonderful time in Donna's condo. It is a very relaxing place beautiful decor, and very stocked with everything you would need. Includes a computer, linens, fully equiped kitchen. We want to stay there again soon. Donna is great to work with very helpful and informative

The pictures are the real thing. Clean and well equipped. The artistic touches in the condo make this one special and unique. The common areas (pools, gardens, etc) are beautiful. Security is 24 hour - very safe. Computer with internet was a plus - you can leave yours at home. Toll free calling to the US, beach chairs, ice chest, and washer/dryer are wonderful to have. Comfortable beds and nice furniture. We loved the quiet, uncrowded beach. Zippers beachside restaurant only a 5 minute walk down the beach. Mega supermarket is very close and sells everything. San Jose Del Cabo arts section is enchanting, safe, low-key and close. Be sure to eat dinner at Mi Cocina on the square - great setting and great food. We also enjoyed Tequilas and Salsita. Cabo San Lucas is a short drive and made for a fun day-trip. But, you won't need to leave the condo. It is very relaxing and comfortable. Though usually touted as a surfing beach, we swam in the surf with no problem. Donna, the owner, makes it easy with her pre-visit communication and recommendations. She has thought of everything. One (of two) central air conditioning units quit on us but thanks to Donna's instructions and arrangements was fixed within a couple of hours. We will look forward to a return visit soon!

This 2 bedroom condo is one-of-a-kind. It provides every amenity including an unobstructed view of the ocean! Mykonos resort is just perfect for a family (we brought our 21 month old with us). Thank you, Donna, for making this vacation so memorable!

Simply wonderful... the accommodations, the location to an abundance of amenities, and the comforts of the Mykonos. The owners top priority is for you to truly enjoy your experience in San Jose Del Cabo. Their unit is a corner unit with an unobstructed view of the beach and it's got all the amenities you would not want to lug from home (beach chairs, ice chest, towels, etc). From the 200 lb marlin we caught, to watching baby sea turtles being released into the ocean at sunset (at the hotel next store) we absolutely loved our experience in San Jose Del Cabo. Thank you Donna for everything, we'll be back!
