So, whatever your occasion may be, consider staying at Nenuphar Ranch. Our ranch is just a few minutes away from many parts of the Dallas Fort Worth / Denton metroplex. It is so scenic and beautiful out here... away from the pollution and noises of the city... the sky looks so bright and blue! In the night, you can see thousands of stars. Feels like you can just jump up and touch some of them! And yet, if you have to go to the city for anything, you are just about 10 minutes from McKinney (which has great shopping, restaurants, movies, and all other city-life related amenities). Isn't that wonderful?
In other words, when you are at our ranch, you will feel like you are away from everything... it is so quiet out here ... with rolling hilly land (a rare thing to find around Dallas area)... and yet just a few minutes from the city. Like to go on a shopping spree? We are just a few minutes away from the huge Allen Outlet Mall & the newly opening The Village at Fairview Mall (Macy's & JC Penny's now open). Like golfing? There are some nice golf courses just a few minutes away.
What we have to offer:
• Fully furnished (and air-conditioned / heated) 3-bedroom country style cozy home with a sun room, kitchen, washer dryer, china, silverware, etc. (Sleeps 2 to 8 people in beds. Additional sleeping facility available upon special request).
• Approximately 30 acres of scenic, hilly and wooded terrain
• Lots of trees, private hiking & biking trail through a private forest, and a stock pond for fishing (seasonal)
• 2 party barns with tables, chairs, refrigerators and other amenities
• A beautiful picnic area with swing sets, BBQ grills, picnic benches and lawns for playing games and putting
• Several board games, playing card decks, dominoes and/or similar games provided
• Hay rides and other activities can be arranged upon request
