Aloha and welcome to our brand new ocean and mountain view beach villa at the private, gated Ko Olina Resort and Marina. Approximately 27 miles west of Waikiki beach and 25 minutes from the airport. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa provides elegant, world class accommodations just steps away from the resort's private beach and ocean lagoon. Total square footage is over 1500 sq. ft. plus an expansive 225 sq. ft. lanai. Unit can be easily configured into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa which rents for less than the price quoted for the 3 bedroom. If interested in the 2 bedroom unit please contact us for rate.
Located on the top fourth floor on the north side of the Ocean Tower, you have complete privacy and secluded luxury as well as panoramic views of the lagoon, the Pacific Ocean, and the Waianae mountains.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious California king bed, soaking tub and separate shower and walk in closet. The secondary master is furnished with two extra long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, large bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and has its own separate bathroom with shower. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably and the breakfast bar has four comfortable bar stools.
You will also have an unobstructed view of the fabulous sunsets. The resort includes four large pristine ocean lagoons, Koi ponds on-site, a sand bottom pool for young children, a lagoon style swimming pool, three heated whirlpool spas, Nanea Hale beachside bar, a phenomenal 5000 sq. ft. private fitness center and large lap pool. Guests will have access to the Beach Villas full service concierge, a world class 18 hole championship golf course, designed by Ted Robinson, many fine restaurants, Oahu's best Paradise Cove Luau and Marina, which offers many sport fishing and private boating excursions, the Ko Olina Sports Club, and the world class JW Marriott Ihilani Resort And Spa.

Why the Owner Chose Ko Olina
Due to state and local HOE CC&R regulations, we are able to rent our unit on a minimum of seven (7) nights, unlike the three other condominium complexes within the grounds of the Ko Olina Beach Resort and Marina where they can only legally rent on a monthly basis. Also, due to the fact that we are right on the beach!
What we find especially nice about this unit is that no-one can look into this unit when the main living area's full-width fully retractable sliding doors are opened unlike the units looking out into the center of the complex.
Other amenities include a signature kitchen by renowned master chef Roy Yamaguchi, with premium appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero, Fisher & Paykel, Sub-Zero 26 bottle capacity wine storage and a Bosch washer/dryer. The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There are only 255 units and only perhaps 1/2 half of them or less are being rented out at any time compared to say 750 units elsewhere that are booked to capacity.
There is a lap pool that is gently heated for early morning or evening exercise. Or you can enjoy cooling off in the resort pool which offers a kiddie pool with artificial sand and salt water which is not harsh on the eyes and skin like most chlorinated pools. There are also three Jacuzzis to sit back and relax in. This is especially enjoyable in the early evening while the sun is setting.
As guests of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, you are entitled to access to the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa, any of the restaurants, 24 hour business center, the Ihilani Spa and tennis courts with a reservation. They may also dine at the restaurants at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club (Timeshare) at Lagoon 3. Since we provide our own swimming lap and pools, it is asked that our guests refrain from using any of the other pools at the JW Marriott Ihilani Resport & Spa and/or the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club (timeshare) at Lagoon 3.
