This newly remodeled 2-story townhome has been decorated to make you feel relaxed and able to fully enjoy your Rocky Mountain experience. There are tennis courts, a heated garage and a patio and balcony off the master bedroom with spectacular views of the mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a deep, extremely comfortable mattress, there are 2 twin beds in the other bedroom, and room for 6 with the pull-out couch.
This beautiful, conveniently located unit is 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown historic Frisco. Frisco is an 1880’s mining town surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains and on Lake Dillon. Frisco is in the center of Summit County’s downhill ski areas: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Arapahoe Basin are only a short drive to Vail & Beaver Creek.
Some of the best cross country skiing can be found at the Frisco Nordic Ski Center and for those more adventurous, we are just a few blocks from mountain trails. Of course there are outdoor activities all year round, including the Ten Mile recreational trail, which has over 50 miles of paved path, used year round, that stretches from Vail to Frisco & Dillon & from Keystone to Breckenridge. There is boating on Lake Dillon in the summer, special art and musical events all year round.
It’s an easy drive from Denver to Frisco and whether you drive or take other transportation, you’ll never need a car once you arrive. The unit is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and only a couple blocks from the Summit Stage that offers free shuttle service to the Summit Ski areas and the Silverthorn Factory Outlet stores.

Great location and beautiful views ! Lots of space and very comfortable. This would be a great place to stay during the spring and summer months.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed for a portion of the week between Christmas and New Year's. The condo was easy to find off the interstate. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Easy drive to ski at Breck and very convenient to restaurants in downtown Frisco. Garage parking was a plus! We have rented a number of places in the Breckenridge area for our yearly ski trip and this place is certainly a good value!

My family and I stayed at this Townhouse over Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. The reservation process went very smoothly and the owner was very helpful with local suggestions. Everyone loved the Townhouse and how roomy it was. We snuggled by the fire place and watched family movies. This was a great alternative to football and over eatting on Thanksgiving. Frisco is a quaint town and we hope to visit again soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Truely amazing! What a value. I loved my stay. Cozy and Warm. Comfortable king sized bed. Fireplace is toasty. I really enjoyed this location, which is just a short walk to main street. 10 minute drive to Breckenridge. Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

The unit has been recently updated and is very well decorated. Since it is an end unit is has lots of natural light. It is conveniently located close to town. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. This is one of the best we've stayed at in the Summit County area. The location/views are amazing. Walkable to the marina and Frisco mainstreet. And the place itself is beautiful, would definitely return. We've stayed in a LOT of places in Summit County and Vail County, and this one from a location, amenity, and lodging aspect is the best!
